My Review of Commonwealth Audi:
waiting for over an hour to get a loaner car, and people are both rude and indifferent. I will never buy an Audi again

My Review of Commonwealth Audi:
We bought our car here and were very happy with the sales side. We brought our Q7 in for a service and also for a couple of small problems. The first time was a great experience. Our service rep was great! However, they did not resolve all of our issues. We continued to have problems and we brought it back to them for our second service. This is when things went completely wrong. We had made an appointment prior to coming in and asked for a loaner car. Previous visit we received one in about 30 minutes. This time we waited for 4 hours! They kept saying it was coming. While we were waiting we looked and test drove some of the other cars considering trading to an A4. Mostly we were killing time while waiting for the loaner car. We believe that they made us wait for the loaner so that they could 'sell' us another car. The price they came back with was ridiculous. By this time we were so upset about waiting for 4 hours that we wouldn't have traded even if it was a good deal. After 4 days of them having our Q7 they said they couldn't find the problem, even though one of the problems they previously said was a known problem. Since getting our car back we continue to have the same problems and they have become worse. We are now going to another Audi dealership to see if we can get this resolved. While this dealership is nice and clean and new and they have great coffee and some of the personnel were sympathetic, having to wait and feeling that it was one purpose and not having our issues resolved was just too much. Not going back!

My Review of Commonwealth Audi:
I came in for a quick oil change for the 5000 mile service. Both Bruce and Danny were expecting me and quickly got me underway with a loaner car. The entire experience was done within 20 minutes and I was on my way with the loaner car. I really appreciate the great service and friendliness. Wonderful customer care and attentions to details; thannk you Bruce and Danny!!

Employee(s) Dealt With: Richard Mitts

My Review of Commonwealth Audi:
The best buying experience I have ever had. We came down in the morning to look at a couple of cars. Richard was extremely helpful and did not pressure us. He just gave us the honest information on each vehicle. I called him back later in the day to let him know I was going to come and purchase one of the vehicles. He had everything ready for me and was out in just over an hour with our new car.

I will never buy from anyone else again!

My Review of Commonwealth Audi:
I was very disappointed in the level of service I rec'd when visiting the sales dept for this dealership..... I had asked to speak with a sales rep after looking at a new Audi on-line.. to test drive... When I went to the dealership, the rep was not avail.. I left ... Did rec a very nice phone call back from his asst who apoligized... went back the next day.. same rep was still not avail (busy all day per another rep)... the asst who had called was off that day.... another rep came out to help me finally.. nice enough.... test drove.. gave me a price quote... told him I was going to buy in a day or two.. 4 days later.. no call from any of the reps or email.

Another dealer (local) was just the opposite.. above average on service and desire to do a deal.... bout a new A6....

Not bitter... just good to know how one or two sales reps can leave a bad taste for a customer.. a customer who has the ability to recommend other buyers of this great brand - Audi.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Adrian

My Review of Commonwealth Audi:
I took my Q7 in for minor service. They kept the car an excessively long time. There was poor communication, and a lack of pre-authorization for services. I couldn't get in touch with the service writer an he did not return my calls or reach out when he said he would. The pricing was high and they left grease stain hand prints on the interior ceiling. Not going back.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Raj Modha

My Review of Commonwealth Audi:
We've been coming here for the past several years and have always had a great experience. The sales team always seems to be busy and on the move; they're not about wasting time with a customer. We've dealt with several different salesmen over the past few years including Greg, Brenden and Raj. Each time the customer service has been awesome. Our last purchase, Raj and I were able to strike a deal over the phone. While the prices don't flex too much, they show an understanding of the market and are always competitive. Once we arrived, the process was smooth; we were in and out within an hour. Sammi in Finance is also great to deal with and is very personable. We've bought four cars from Commonwealth over the past few years and have always referred people to them since they have always given great service. Commonwealth may have a customer for life.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Brendan Ngata

My Review of Commonwealth Audi:
This review is actually for both brands (VW & Audi). My wife purchased a VW from Brendan earlier this year. We came in and were greeted and taken car of by Brendan. He was very knowledgeable on all the VW and Audi products. He was very patient and up front about everything. He wasn't pushy and made us feel comfortable. We had special corporate pricing from my work that he honored with no questions. He also gave us a fair value for our trade. The process was very smooth. The only thing I think they could improve in is the wait time to get in to finance. To say the least, he did an excellent job. In fact, a month later we returned and purchased an Audi from him as well. He provided us with the same treatment and fair pricing. We've referred a family member to him as well. He followed up with us after and helped us get an employee discount on accessories for my wides VW. Great to work with.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Service Manager/Advisors

My Review of Commonwealth Audi:
I have purchased three cars from commonwealth Audi. I their your service department years ago because of the poor service and incompetent service advisors. My last encounter was when an Audi advisor told me I needed to replace my entire fog light assembly. I had pulled out a fuse because I needed it somewhere else. The other day I decided to try their service department again because it is the closest dealership and there was a recall on my car. I spoke to the service manager about the recall and explained that I also needed an oil change and a radiator flush. He was not able to help me with pricing but said he would transfer me to someone who could. I was transferred to a service advisor's voice mail and left a message. This was three weeks ago, I have not received a return call yet. As always Commonwealths lack of service continues to astound me.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Daniel

My Review of Commonwealth Audi:
We were in the market for a luxury brand and had visited multiple dealers and made our last stop at Audi Commonwealth. What a pleasure to be met with Daniel, who knew the models inside and out! He gave us an overwhelming introduction and helped us decide which vehicle and package would fit us the best with our growing family. Knowing we were expecting a new addition in weeks (baby) he or the dealership did NOT attempt at placing us in something over our budget. But actually went above and beyond our expectations with meeting our needs along with a great deal. We are very happy with our experience and look forward to recommending the dealership and Daniel to others.
