I started looking for a used car at Community Ford ,Mooresville. They didn't have what I was looking for so I went to their sister location, Community Chrysler in Martinsville. That's the way we were treated this spring at Community Chrysler by Ryan Neely. We were looking for an inexpensive used car to help the transporation situation for our single-mom daughter and our recently driving granddaughter. In cases like that, one hopes that price-is-no-object would be the rule, but in today's economy, as I'm sure you know, it still often makes or breaks the deal. Not so with Mr Neely. He knew our limits from the outset and pointed us to cars that not only met the price requirement, but went out of his way to help us evaluate the cars for safety, value, and condition. While he did not suggest one car as opposed to another, his assistance allowed us to effectly make the choice we did. Every question we asked was answered by Mr Neely, if not personnally and immediately, as soon as possible after consulting with other Community employees who were in position to knolw the answers. This was a pleasant experience. Our daughter and family are pleased with the car. And we are so pleased with Community that we will be bringing our 2006 Jeep Wrangler up from Bloomington this summer for a new soft top. More

My latest car purchase experience was flawless really. Ryan was very friendly, informative and helpful. I understand that these days the conception regarding car sales is that the sales person is just out to make money, however I do not believe that this is the case for Ryan. While I am sure there was commission paid to Ryan for the purchase of our car, my impression was that his passion was not money but the satisfaction of his customers enjoying a quality vehicle. More

We'd largely given up on car buying ever being a positive experience, and had assumed it was always "doing battle" with the dealership. Community CJD changed that. I was searching long and hard for a vehicle that would suit my needs and I came short with every attempt, but praise God I was introduced to Ryan Richardson of Community Chrysler Dodge Jeep. He was very helpful in this difficult process. I knew finding a lender would be a difficult task for me since I'm a college student in Bloomington, IN and just now beginning to establish my credit, but Ryan gave me hope that I would have my Buick. I did not want a cosigner and Ryan understood my perspective. Ryan would reply back to my message off business hours and was very insightful and one day, Ryan accomplished the impossible he found me a lender, ironically it was already my bank. I was so excited when Ryan told me the good news. Ryan was superb and I feel he was truly a blessing from God for me to have this vehicle. Ryan continues to check on me regarding my satisfaction with my vehicle. I'm so proud. Mike Shean was simply amazing. He was able to talk to my mother who was weary on me purchasing my first vehicle without any parental guidance, but Mike was smooth and persuaded her to let me go along with the process.
