My Review of Compass Lincoln Mercury Dodge:
I bought my car here many years ago (Dodge Durango), and the sales dept was ok (my salesperson, an older gentleman, has since retired) but the service dept is where they areexcellent. Luis is extremely corteous and always goes the extra mile, including giving me a ride all the way to my home in the Bronx where i live. Once when my I took my truck to a nearby dealership for warranty work, The NY dealer gave me the run around and i was not treated well. Needless to say, I returned to Compass, even though it is in New Jersey. I send all my relatives there that have Dodge and Chrysler cars and they have been treated well by Luis and Compass. One tip, get there early in the morning (they open at 7.30) because there are a lot of customers waiting in the car line.

My Review of Compass Lincoln Mercury Dodge:
This dealer is running some shady business. I wanted to purchase a vehicle and was told after I gave a deposit that they did not have the keys to the car yet and they could not provide the vin number. When I asked for my money back, I was told I was getting a check. After I threatened to call the cops, the salesperson quickly changed his mind and refunde my money. These people are crooks please DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
