My Review of Competition Toyota:
We had a very positive experience buying a Prius from this dealer. Everyone seemed to be genuinely friendly. Not just the salesperson we dealt with, but absolutely everyone in the place. More importantly we were never told anything that did not seem to be true, and were given many pieces of very good advice. Our experience with other local Toyota dealers was very negative in that they told you what ever you wanted to hear, to keep you coming back. My friend in NYC was so impressed with our service and so disatisfied with all the servicing she got on her Prius in the NYC area, she is coming out to this dealer in the future. No one has paid me for this great testimonial and I did not even get a great price on my car. They just deserve this.

My Review of Competition Toyota:
read your contract when signing.

My wife and I purchased a leftover/demo 02 Camry in the summer of 02. After the car was totalled in an accident in autumn, we wanted to inquire about a refund about the extended warranty we purchased on it.

The warranty that we paid 1200 for was written up as 600, so they gave us less than 1/2 the cost of it back.

Unfortunately for them, because of our bad experience, my inlaws stopped buying all their toyota's there and decided on a Volvo next.

My Review of Competition Toyota:
Emilsi is a terrific salesperson - friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Just an all-around pleasant person to talk to. I appreciated her eagerness to get the keys to open the car, and not having to ask for a test drive. Gives straight answers, and finds out what she doesn't know offhand. The Scion "no-haggle" price policy takes all the conflict and stress out of the transaction.

The car arrived on time and I was notified promptly. Had a pre-delivery meeting with Anthony the finance mgr; no hard sell & got some useful info for insurance/DMV. Car was ready for delivery even after I moved it up by 3 days.

The car was prepped beautifully, and to their credit they wisely resisted the common dealer practice of slopping that gooey shiny "ArmorAll" all over the dash. Emilsi gave me a very thorough intro to the car's functions, and an intro to the service dept staff. Two days later I got a lovely thank you card from her - and not a cheap bulk buy but a bought-it-herself Hallmark, which I thought was a nice touch.

It's still on the second tank of gas (24.6 mpg) so I haven't been to the service dept yet. So far I'm completely satisfied & very favorably impressed.
