My Review of Concord BMW:
I purchased a 335i Coupe last January from Michael Heller. Wonderful experience. Michael was a joy to work with. This is the first time I had a positive experience buying a vehicle. I loved his non-pressure approach. When I needed him, he was there. When I wanted to be left alone test driving the various cars, he left me alone. I have been back to the dealership a couple of times for accessories and somehow he see's me coming and alway's greets me. Very friendly staff. I would reccomend BMW Concord to anyone who is interest in buying a BMW. Of course I would tell them to go to Michael Heller!! Wonderful guy, Denise

My Review of Concord BMW:
I called and asked if they would honor the same metrics as a nationally advertised lease program (since car wasn't equipped exactly the same). The salesman said yes they would and to come in. I arrived at the time I said and he wasn't there, and anther sales person helped me, finally offering an inferior deal and making my whole evening a waste of several hours. They simply refused to do what they agreed to which wasn't asking much (honor your own company's ad). When I left the sales manager made overtly rude comment to my salesman as I walked out (expressing disbelief that I had jerked THEM around). I despise them.

My Review of Concord BMW:
I met with Mike and discussed 2 previous bad purchase experiences with them. He told me, "That will never happen with me." We agreed on the price for a 2007 335i, ordered the car, wrote a check for the deposit and thought, "All is good." At delivery, they raised the price $800 due to a "change in demand." This is bait and switch at it's best. Shame on me for being stupid and believing these guys. Never, Never, Never Again!

My Review of Concord BMW:
I'm extremely pleased with my 550i order. I've searched all over Northern and Southern California for not only a customer-friendly dealership, but a place that was willing to be price-competitive with other dealership quotes. Richard Andreassen, newly-hired Internet Sales Manager, helped me get the best deal I could find and I went home super satisfied. He was willing to answer all my questions and was willing to beat the 2nd-best price quote I received from East Bay BMW. I was immediately greeted at the door, was offered a test drive, and once all the details and counteroffers were placed on the table, I signed the docs, left my deposit, and in 3 months, I'll be picking up my new BMW!

My Review of Concord BMW:

I couldn't list an employee because none talked to me. I don't get it, don't they want to sell cars? I went in on a weekend. Sure it's busy but it wasn't that busy there. There were sales people not doing anything. No one talked to me, and yes I did ask the receptionist to find a sales person to talk to about pricing. No one ever came to talk to me.

I even told the receptionist on the way out to tell the sales manager they just lost a sale because I was planning on buying before the incentive period ended. She didn't even offer to track one down for me. She just said okay.

I'm 32 years old. It's not like I'm 22 looking to take a car out for a joy ride. I bought a 330i that afternoon at East Bay BMW in Pleasanton. At least in my experience a much better operation.

My Review of Concord BMW:
I had really the worst car dealer experience with the sales department at Concord BMW.
The sales person lied on the phone about the inventory and price to allure people all the way to Concord. And tried to close the deal as quickly as possible, showing lack of patience in helping the customer finding the right car. In the end, when the price was being negotiated, he was very rude with terrible attitute.
BMW can be the best driving machine out there, but if everything else sucks, as I have heard from other people with similar sales/service experiences, I sure can perfectly live without one.

My Review of Concord BMW:
What a great experience! The people at Concord BMW are very friendly and KNOW THEIR CARS FRONT TO BACK. The people who work here know what really truely is the ultimate driving machine. They have been a joy to work with and continue to provide excellence in all areas. We first went to Prestige, what a waste. Turns out to be a joint Mecedes and BMW dealer. Who in the world would join BMW with Mercedes? Thats like combining oil and vinegar. Bad service, so go right to Concord BMW. It is the largest dealer in the Western side of the US. When they order cars for you, they have top priority over all other dealers because of their size etc. The only thing is that they attach extra money to the price based on the high or low demand. Nick Marouche has been the best salesmen I've met. He never once pressured us and has been the funniest and friendliest salesman we've met. Thanks Concord BMW!

My Review of Concord BMW:
This place seems very pleasant until something goes wrong. People in positions of authority are too busy. The same goes for the salesman. Service reps range from highly competent and respectful to less than competent and extremely disrespectful. I bought the car, used, from Concord BMW and have had nothing but trouble with it, starting with a transmission failure on day 2 It was in the shop 5 times in the first 6 weeks. The service people are so tired of seeing me they don't bother explaining what's up. They do things half way and don't mention that they had to order parts. Then I have to bring the car in all over again. I have never had so much trouble with a car or dealership in over 30 years of car ownership. The appearance of the place is very impressive but they are too busy to deal with problems.

My Review of Concord BMW:
my review is only for service, where my experience continues to be fantastic. service dept really has a good attitude and makes every effort. i like going there and have recommended them on many occaisons.

as for sales i don't understand why anyone buys there, the dealership sales policy is to try to overcharge you every time. they always have a 'market adjustment' on every single car they own. to me this makes the sales process so much more stressful and is unneeded. i inquired once about a used car and the salesman knew so little about the car it flabbergasted me. if you know have no sensitivity to price i'm sure they are friendly but if you want to buy your car at a market price this dealership is not the place for a pleasant experience.

My Review of Concord BMW:
Dealer is absolutely fantastic, excellent people and top notch service. If you're interested in a car, see Mike Heller.

Don't waste your time at East Bay BMW, just drive a little farther to Concord. You'll be glad you did...That's what we did. In 2000, we were looking at purchasing a new 740iL and the salesperson we were dealing with at East Bay BMW said that they would be "willing" to sell us a 2000 Certified Pre-Owned 740iL for $3K more than MSRP new - the car was a demo and had about 8K miles on it. They also told us there was a year waiting list for a 2000 740iL. Meanwhile, we called BMW Concord and dealt with Mike Heller, who had a 2001 740iL on the floor with the options we wanted. We went over to BMW Concord and sealed the deal that day. There were a few comlications after that, but it wasn't the fault of the dealer, but rather with BMWNA, but all was resolved very pain free. I cannot emphasize how consistently well Mike Heller has treated me and my family over the past 6 years. I recommend him to everybody interested in a BMW.

And we will continue to go there, we've leased/purchased 8 cars from them since 2000 - and we've never been dissapointed.
