My Review of Concord Chrysler Jeep:
We just purchased a new Jeep for my wife there. It took 4 different visits to finish the transaction. First trip found the car. Second trip they forgot to mention the finance manager was not in. Third time, needed to wait for the registration and insurance to do inspection. Forth time inspection machine was broke and the whole service department was out. In the end after waiting 2 and a half hours for a detailing and no tank of gas and no inspection we finally we left with the Jeep, very unsatisfied with our experience. The sales staff wanted to talk about everything but buying a car. When you did ask them a direct question, they would tell you what you wanted to hear, like we will give you a full tank of gas and check into that dog gate for over the rear seat, and never follow through. We had to ask the Finance Manager about warrantees since the sales staff never asked us or covered the terms of the warrantee. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Also financing was suspect told us they were going through Chrysler and it turned out our loan was through the same bank as our old load, which they had told us that they would get us a better rate through Chrysler. All around not a good experience at all.
