My Review of Congressional VW Mazda:
I was extremely impressed with this dealership.The quality, high level of professionalism from start to finish made this buying experience just perfect for me. I was looking for a very specific car, and found it at Congressional. From my initial contact to my signing the final documents, everything went flawlessly. Communication was spot on, and everything was just as I was promised. I live in NC, but it was worth it to fly to MD, and purchase my 09 Jetta from Congressional! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. From Internet to Sales to Finance, it was all perfect. I would definitely do this one all over again! Thank you Congressional!

We had a great experience purchasing our new Jetta Sport Wagon through Congressional Motors - they worked with us closely throughout the process of ordering the specific model we wanted, keeping us updated on when we could expect the car to arrive at the dealership, and final pick-up/purchase. Jimmy and Dana were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. Jimmy made sure we were well acquainted with our new car before we left the lot. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a car - they do what they say they will do, and are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.

My Review of Congressional VW Mazda:
Last year I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership and have been going through so much turmoil ever since. Honestly, I love my vehicle but I wish I never purchased anything from this terrible dealership and never ever would purchase another vehicle here. I understand a car is going to have issues but every other month there is something wrong with my CX-9 and it's always a struggle with the horrible service department to get it looked at. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service they tell me the problem which I am having doesn't exist when in fact it does! Last year my truck while driving would frequently jerk. When I bought it into service they told me they didn't feel it and nothing was wrong. Since the guy that works there is one of the "top" Mazda technicians in the country I was suppose to believe that. They supposedly plugged my CX-9 up to the computer and couldn't find anything wrong. As soon as I took it to a Sharett Mazda in Hagerstown they told me it was a misfire in my engine almost instantly. Every time I have to bring my vehicle in to get service done I always get a filthy vehicle back with my gas light always on empty when it wasn't given to them like that. They always like to tell me they don't have loaner cars but when I bought the car my sales consultant made sure he mentioned they do offer loaner cars. This dealership is the worst. The service people love to talk to you like your nothing. For all the shoppers out there I would really think twice before coming to this dealership. They are nice until you purchase the car and roll off the lot, once its time to be fruitful of the so called benefits they offer for buying from them its a different story. Right now my CX-9 is getting serviced by them and today Frank harassed me and told me I better bring his car "loaner car" back by tomorrow because he promised it to someone else. At first he told me they didn't have loaner cars and now he is harassing me to bring it back because apparently the next customer is more important than me. This has been the WORST buying experience of my life and because of it not only will I never buy another vehicle from Congressional Motors but I don't even want another Mazda just because of their service.

My Review of Congressional VW Mazda:
I had a fantastic experience with Ray Palizkar. He was such a pleasure to work with. I felt not one ounce of pressure. He was friendly, polite, professional, kind, knowledgeable and even helped me get the best deal for my trade in. He does such a good job at making you feel welcome and is attentive and particular to every detail that needs to be addressed. I am very satisfied with my experience and next time know to go directly to Ray instead of spending a lot of time at other dealerships!!!

I also enjoyed working with Dana McGriff as I went through all of the paperwork. He was also very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. It was such a pleasurable experience and he made it easy and understandable. I appreciated it so much.

The people at this dealership are welcoming and warm. I would recommend them to anyone!!

My Review of Congressional VW Mazda:
Alonso has been with Congressional for 7 years, a lifetime in the car busn. The model we were interested in was up front and ready when we arrived. He was very well versed on all the specs. Impressive on a brand new model, the CX -5. He was not pushy & or obnoxious. He answered questions,made suggestions. My wife & I were pleased with the experience. We have purchased vehicles there before, and things went well. Their Mazda Service Department does great work also.. I am a car nut , with way to many BAD stories to relate.Asking not to be called and badgered the Sales Manager said " no problem, we will put U on our Do Not Call List ". My point.? We need more dealers like Congressional in Rockville. Many people would rather skip going to a dealer. What happened to the concept of easy to understand trim levels, options, no haggle pricing.? My long term experience has included bait & switch, pushy salesmen that try to close Now, when asked the selling price its a mystery. ' Have to ask the Sales Manager'. Clients are willing to pay a fair price, just not get ripped off, We will be back, more relaxed & enjoy our car buying experience , the way it should be everywhere.

Jimmy's service goes beyond after-sale-transaction. He made sure I get what I need and I was satisfied with everything that Mazda is offering, especially during the time that I was having problem with my tags with their Title Department.

He knows what he's saying, he only says what's factual and provides you with every option. Say what you need, and he'll take care of it.

My Review of Congressional VW Mazda:
My experience was AMAZING. Jimmy Alegre was very nice, down to earth, but most of all, he was educated and knew what he was talking about. He didn't talk to me with cliche car salesman lines. He took me through every step of the process and made sure that i thoroughly understood everything that was going on. I felt like family and Jimmy and the manager, Dana, treated me like royalty. They kept their word and I left with the car that I wanted. I am officially a Volkswagen customer for life because of this experience. I had multiple experiences with car dealerships prior tto walking inside this dealership, but i can honestly say that my outlook on the car buying process has changed. They didn't treat me a certain way because of my age either. I am a United States Sailor and so many dealerships try to take advantage of service members, but Congressional is the cream of the crop and I will forever be grateful. If any one ask me where they can find a nice car for a nice price, I will point them to Congressional. Amazing is an understatement.

My Review of Congressional VW Mazda:
I just purchased a brand new 2011 mazda cx 7 and i couldnt be happier with it. My experience at the dealership was superb!! I couldnt have had a better sales consultant (Alonso Avila) and a better buisness manager (Dana Mcgriff). Alonso was great and went over everything in great detail. Dana went all over my paperwork with me and it was quick and easy. This is the second time i purchase a car (not from them) and this experience was way better then the first! If i were to buy another mazda i will definitely go back to them!
