My Review of Conicelli Autoplex Toyota Scion:
I bought my 2000 4Runner Ltd from these guys back in 2005. I've taken it in for service a number of times. Today I had it in for service as I was getting a vibration @ 60+ and squealing from the left side wheel area. They fixed the squealing (frt brks) and free of charge fixed the balance of my frt tires. While they need to work on their customer area (dirty bathrooms, no soap, dirty mechanics fumbling with the coffee machine that's for customers), I cannot say anything bad at all about what really counts - the fix and good service. The guy that saw me out took his time explaining everything and put my concerns to rest. Finally, brought the 4Runner out onto the highway and it was like the day I bought it (55k+ miles ago.). They're not the most polished by they've never failed in many visits to do what they're supposed to do - they listen pretty well, explain everything with no pressure to get more optional service, and fix the car the first time and get you back on the road. Great Service when purchasing a new Toyota Tacoma truck. Salesperson Luke Beyer is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sales Manager very helpful. Vehicle was superbly cleaned and detailed, filled with gas and ready to go. Close out paperwork done promptly and I was on way in a reasonable time.
A+ transaction and would highly recommend.

I bought a Yaris the day after Thanksgiving in 2007 and have been going to Bob Calhoun and his team to perform my 5,000 mile checks ever since. Bob, as well as the rest of the staff, are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I trust them with my vehicle and will continue to take my car there any time I need work done.

I have purchased three new cars from the Conicelli family since 1993. I currently own an Avalon and a Scion which are exclusively serviced at Conicelli. Service Manager, Bob Calhoun, truly goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right at each schedule service. As a matter of fact, for the last several years, Mechanic, Mike Wright, has exclusively serviced both of my vehicles. I can say with certainty that my next vehicle will also be purchased at Conecelli.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Rich Greco is a gon artist. He claims he wants to help you and will do everything to help you but he is full of crap! Their 30 Day/2000 mile warranty is a joke! I had to put $1000 into my car a week after buying it and they only paid for $250 of it. I'll never buy a car from them again and I will never recommend it to anyone!!!

Went in for State Inspection. Was advised that I was ready for 90,000 mile service. This is the 2nd Corolla I have purchased from this dealership. I have used the Service Department for all the work I have done on these cars for over 20 years. I find the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable and willing to work with me concerning the continued use of my cars. I plan on purchasing a 3rd car from this dealership in the next few years. My father who owned a Ford Dealership along with my grandfather over 50 years (who would never buy a "foreign" car) was very impressed with the quality of the product and the service I have been given. He was a hard man to impress. Conicelli Toyota has never let me down.

I have had 2 cars from Conicelli. But, including my family members we have purchased 4 cars. I have never had my car serviced by anyone but Conicelli. My main reason is because of the relationship I have developed with Mr. Elmore. He has always been honest and professional. If Mark tells me I need something, I know it's needed, I never feel like I am being taken advantage of and as a woman, that is important to me. I can address anything with Mr. Elmore and that communication is vital when you are having service performed.

My Review of Conicelli Autoplex Toyota Scion:
I was having a problem with my 2007 Tundra. So I decided to get it looked at on my way home from work since I was leaving for vacation and taking my truck with us in two days. As I parked in the lot and was walking to the service center, Chris saw me in the parking lot, not only did he rememeber my name but he said hello and asked what was wrong, he then looked at my vehicle and had a tech on it asap since it just turned out to be a "quick fix". I have had my vehicle to this particular service center many times for routine maintence (ie oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled check-ups) and one re-call on the tundra. All of my experiences in this service center have been great, you greet with a smile, are up front with whats going to be needed, and above all keep to your schedule of when parts will be in and when the job will be completed. I have never had a dealership keep to those standards everything always seems to run over or be late at those other dealerships.
