My Review of Conicelli Honda:
tom was very helpful with my purchase, no pressure at all, very friendly and to this day very willing to help. but, i do have one thing to complain about. the car that i purchased. now i bought this car in july fell in love with it right away and i still love it. but i don't love the repairs i have had to do to it, such as trasmission replacement,brakes new tie rodes in the front and back new parking brake system, the water pump, the tires, the rear roter was shaved down. but most of the stuf was covered under warrenty. but i understand buying a used car is always not going to work out it only took me about 6 months to fix it all. there service department very friendly and very helpful but i was confused when i told them that when the check engin light came on the service texh told me its ok to drive its nothing minor? but all in all im very glad that tom talked me in to a service warrenty cause i would be in a heck of a pickel if i didn't. so yes i would buy from them again after i looked over the car and had a car fax.

My Review of Conicelli Honda:
Brought my vehicle for its service at an appointed date and time. Arrived 15 minutes earlier but nevertheless was attended to right away. Reviewed the items that were agreed to be done including the price expected to pay. Promised a 90-minute waiting time, but only a little over an hour heard my name on the PA system saying my car's ready. Paid at the cashier's window and off I go. No sweat in dealing with these group of people from the Service Department. Haven't popped the hood of my car yet to check if they really worked on my car, but I fully trust that these people wouldn't risk ruining their reputation just for a shoddy service work, even perhaps their privilege to carry the Honda brand. I recommend the Service Department of Conicelli Honda.

My Review of Conicelli Honda:
Conicelli Honda has an excellent product selection and Ike, my selesperson, gave me plenty of time to test drive two Hondas. Ike made sure the car and the accessories were all in order on day of delivery and Sylvia, F&I manager, made the payment and warranty process pleasant. The delivery experience was straightforward and the car was delivered in perfect mechanical and physical condition.

Wow! This was the absolute best new car buying experience we have ever had! I knew exactly the car I wanted (color and all)when we walked into Conicelli Honda, and knew it would not be on the lot. Iain was extraordinary! He was knowledgeable and polite even though we were coughing in his face from awful colds! Iain found us the car I longed for with the help of Denise from Internet Sales. This was a "no pressure at all purchase", and I felt that the final price of the new car and amount given us for my trade was very fair to both myself and the dealership. My car was delivered in only 2 business days and I could not be any more thrilled! Iain has continued to be available to follow up and is ready to answer any question I have. I would strongly recommend Conicelli to anyone who is looking for an honest and pleasurable car buying experience, and we will certainly go to Conicelli with any future purchase or service.

My Review of Conicelli Honda:
I just purchased a new CRV from Conicelli Honda. It was my second vehicle purchased from this dealership. The whole process was painless. I knew exactly what I wanted before I walked in the front door and I was driving home in that vehicle in a matter of a couple hours. I owed more money on my trade in then it was worth, but Conicelli was able to offer my a great price for my trade in,(thousands more than other dealerships I had visited in the past month), so my monthly payment was not too high. I want to thank Conicelli for making my purchasing experience so positive. I will be purchasing all my future vehicles from you.
