My Review of Conicelli Honda:
No high pressure but good information and pleasant people. I feel confident that they will continue to treat me well. They got right down to the business that I wanted -- I got to test drive a car. They also provided oral and written information on the Honda Insight. The dealership was clean, with food and a comfortable place to wait. I will not mind at all bringing my car in for maintenance. The perks of free inspection and shuttle service are fabulous. They wanted and appreciated my business.

The service at Conicelli is the best. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

My Review of Conicelli Honda:
My husband and I went to Conicelli Honda looking for a new car for me. We are currently leasing a CRV 2007 and were very pleased with the sales/service at this location. Our salesmen Joe Barrios took all the time needed to show us the cars available to match my needs. We were looking at Civic but what I described best matched the Fit. He showed us one and that was that. No need to go to any other car dealer. We closed the deal and I drove home with my new Fit that afternoon.,Before we left the facility, the Sales Manager Jack came out and made sure we were satisfied with everything. The next day I needed to bring my old car title to Conicelli and my salesman was busy assisting another customer. Jack once again came to me at Greeter station and completed my transaction and made sure I was satisfied. I also received a phone call from my saleman saying he was sorry he was not available to assist me with the title change and that he would always be available to asist me. I also received a call from the agency making sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and not to hesitate to contact them with any questions. There is no way I could give them anything but a top rating for their service with my husband and I.

My Review of Conicelli Honda:
I purchased my Honda Accord from Conicelli. I like the shuttle service. The drivers were always pleasant. When I entered the service area I was always greeted warmly by Patty Carbo. She is a true pleasure to work with.

I have also found that Jeff Ying, a mechanic has been very professional in his dealings with me. I would recommend Conicelli Honda to anyone looking to buy a new or used car from a Honda dealership.

My Review of Conicelli Honda:
The service at Conicelli is outstanding. Even when Steve is not available, one of the other team members will fill in and do an excellent job. I've had my Hondas serviced by Conicelli sinced its inception. Originally for me it was Sport Honda. It is very important to have a mechanic provide honest assessments of repairs presently needed and be made aware of future repairs that may be needed. This has allowed me to drive with confidence over the years without fear of breaking down. My only regret before sending this email is I've probably left out something more I could have said to show my appreciation, but I'm sure you get the point. Thank you.

Friendly sales personnel that responded to every email request in a prompt manner. Information was provided when requested. Extras were offered and thoroughly described, but without pressure to purchase any of them. Overall, good experience with this dealership and its salespeople. I would recommend this dealership.

My Review of Conicelli Honda:
When I walked in I was greeted right away. And shortly thereafter Arlene came down to help me with my sale. I knew what I wanted and had done the researchand she in no way haggled me, but took me on a test drive, explained all the features in the car, including pointing out what was different and the same between my '06 model and this '09 one. She made me feel very comfortable, sat me down to do the paperwork and got me some water, etc. The next morning she called me to tell me the status of coming to pick up my car, all the paperwork was ready, the car was clean. I think moved on to Joe in finance and he was great as well. He even called a friend at a bank on a Saturday morning to get me a much better APR. Arlene even talked to my friend the entire time I was in finance to keep her entertained! Finally I was greeted by the manager at the end. He came and shock my hand and was very pleasant. Great place to do business.

My Review of Conicelli Honda:
I had my car serviced for a recall service that cost me nothing. It has been my previous experience with recall services most dealership shuffle you in and out and seem to resent having to provide this service. Not so with Conicelli, I felt this dealership focused on the both the "customer" and "service" aspects of customer service. I was greeted immediately as I pulled into the service area. A service employee (sorry, I don't know his name) directed me into a parking space asked my name and the type of service I needed. When we walked into the service area he introduce me to a Service Manager who greeted me with a smile and called me by name during the course of the conversation in which he provided an explanation of what would be done, the expected time the service would be completed and answered my questions. He then introduced me to Steve and the Orange Team as the ones who would do the actual work on my car. Upon, picking up my car (earlier than promised) my car door was open and held as I got in, a courtesy which is lacking in today's world; especially in dealerships customer service. I found all the staff I encountered at Conicelli to be friendly, patient, respectful, knowledgeable and very efficient. Conicelli truly lives up to their advertisement,they have put the "nice" in Conicelli. The world today is in such turmoil, being treated as a valued customer bring peace to our world one person at a time. I would gladly recommend this dealership to family, friends and co-workers.

Tim was one of the very best salesmen with whom we have ever dealt: knowledgeable, genuinely friendly and patient. Although he was thoroughly professional, he didn't FEEL like an aggressive salemen who was trying to push or steer us -- that kind of person always turns us off decisively.

My Review of Conicelli Honda:
Salesman and staff were very accomodating and patient during cash for clunkers.
We were helped by a very informative salesstaff who left no question unanswered. They were also helpful in that they had other manufacturers within their dealership which they represented. The whole experience was quick and easy which was exactly what we were looking for.
