Best vehicle shopping/purchase experience of my life!!! I detest two things in life... vehicle shopping and having vehicle problems. The guys at Conklin Cars of Salina who assisted me in my purchase are unbelievable! I simply cannot say enough kind words for the positive experience I had. Brian, Tom, Dave, and Larry are top notch professionals who go above and beyond to make everything as painless as possible and an overall pleasant experience. We love our new car, and we had a great experience with Conklin Cars and Matt Pounds. When we first looked at our Buick Enclave, it was filthy. It surprised me that they would allow their cars to be so dirty on the lot. My husband encouraged me to look past that. They cleaned it up fairly well upon selling it to us, but it could have been a little cleaner. After getting it home, I had to put some work into it. Also, there were about three problems with the car we bought that needed taken care of: a chipped windshield, a squeaky steering wheel, and a black door panel piece peeling off (which they did in a timely manner at no charge to us). I also had free use of a rental car while work was done. All problems were corrected to our satisfaction except the windshield We had hoped to not even see the chip (even if that meant replacing the windshield). Unfortunately, we can still see it (although it's small). Overall, we would do business with them again. We appreciate that they gave us a great deal!

Brought new Rav4 and the whole experience was the best my wife and I have had in the purchase of an new or used car and I have purchased one out of town and five in town from two of the other dealerships. They were helpful and found what we were looking for, settled on price quickly, and were ready for us to pick it up at agreed upon time. Again great experience!

I came to Conklin Cars to look at used Camrys. Catherine had a Camry brought to Salina from Kansas City, but it was not the car I wanted to buy. We brought 2009 Honda Odyssey in for service. while we were waiting looked at new cars. Got a great car, 2012 Chevy Equinox! It is awesome and everyone from the service department, sales, financing, etc. were top notch! Would highly recommend them to anyone.
