My Review of Continental Audi:
I have been using Continental Audi for several years and several cars ago. I have owned an RS6 and currently I am driving an R8. Over the years I have dealt with Bill Manrot and continue to do so because I know that Bill will be very fair with me and give me the level of professionalisn I expect when purchasing a luxury vehicle. Every time I have visited the dealership, I have always been met with friendly and courteous staff. In particular, Bill always goes out of his way to give me exceptional service. Another reason I am please with Bill is that he keeps me well informed on new Audi inventory via emails and phone calls. Continental Audi has always been very fair with price when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. Although I have not had many problems with any of my vehicles, when I need to see the Service Department they are also very friendly and have always been extremley timely and made it convenient for me. The quality of work at Continental Auid is excellent and I have never left the dealership unsatisfied. I would recommend Continental Audi to all of my friends and family.

Bill was amazing! From the beginning to the end-- his expertise, product knowledge, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile instilled in me confidence and trust! Early in 2003, Bill and I were in contact regarding the new 2004 Audi A8. He was dedicated to finding the exact car I was looking for. So, by July of 2003-- He found the car and we finished the transaction in a timely manner! Thanks Bill!

My Review of Continental Audi:
Bill Manrot at Continental Audi is simply the best I have worked with when it comes to purchasing a car. A class individual who I keep going back to over and over again. The dealership is lucky to have him as I'm confident that many people like myself keep coming back to Continental because of his service to the customer. The reasons I have given the ratings above have a lot to deal with the overall experience at the dealership. I speak for many people when I say walking into any dealership can be a tough and Bill tends to take all the BS out of the process and connects with you on a whole new level. The one thing that I would have the dealership improve on is their phone system in making appointments.......audimated systems simply do not work for people that need answers right away on appointment times. Nobody wants to leave a number and have them call you back to lock up a oil change as it would bode well for them to simply hire someone to answers phones and direct questions. Maybe I'm old school in this regard but they need to improve on that. Other than that, a really great experience with these folks.

My Review of Continental Audi:
I recently purchased a 2008 Audi A4 from Continental Audi, and it was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish. It is my very first Audi, and it will not be my last! My salesman, Jeff Garvey, was very informative and knowledgeable about the Audi Brand. He walked me thru the entire sales process, knowing this was my first time in an Audi dealership. I also came in contact with Vince Ducato, Mitch Berg and Eric Matway, managers who actually care about customer satisfaction. They oversaw the sales process and made sure to be available to answer any questions I may have had. Which brings me to the Finance Office (generally a scary place to be) was not scary at all. In fact, Larry Durnil made everything seem very simple. He walked me thru all the paperwork, and explained every step along the way. I have since visited the dealership for car washes, general Audi questions and my 5K service - and I feel the need to thank Robyn Borchert for her efficiency and professionalism in the Service Department. I don't want to forget to mention Bill Manrot and Viktor Hadjiev who helped me with Blue Tooth and other general Audi questions that I've had along the way. Basically what I am trying to say, is that it has been the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Continental Audi is a no-nonsense dealership that provides exceptional customer service before, during and after the sale. So, go out and treat yourself to a new Audi at Continental in Naperville!!!

My Review of Continental Audi:
Continental Audi should be commended for their ability to personalize the internet "buying experience". I rate them highly because every touchpoint was a first rate experience:

1.) Their vehicles are clearly represented with a great number detailed of pictures.
2.) My experience with Jeff Garvey and Marc Roberts was an easy, straightforward, conversation followed by hassle-free negotiation and information exchange. I found him to be personable and immediately trustworthy.
3.) Documentation was quickly and easily exchanged.
4.) Continental Audi coordinated the vehicle delivery without issue.
5.) The vehicle delivered exceeded my expectations and, quite frankly, its description. Continental does not disappoint here - they delivered an exceptionally clean vehicle and paid attention to detail - even delivering it with a full tank of gas!

I am a discerning buyer who is particular. Continental's attention to detail made mine an extremely pleasurable buying experience.

My Review of Continental Audi:
I got a very good price.The salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable.my new car was delivered to me cleaner than any other car I had ever bought.The salesperson Jeff took over 2 hours to explain the warranty and the operation of all the gadgets.I felt like I got my moneys worth because of all the extras on my new car.I even have heated seats which is very nice in cold weather.Since I took delivery the service department has been great.I read that bad review ,that fellow must have been looking for trouble cause I did not see anything like he described in any of my visits to the dealership.

My Review of Continental Audi:
I have been servicing my Audi TT at Continental Audi for 7 years. I did not buy it there because they were not even open when I bought the car but I worked around the corner so it was conveinient to service it there once the store opened. Through the years the car had been a total lemon and it was rare that Continental was ever able to fix it right on the first try but I dealt with Robin and she was very nice and the place was walking distance to work. When the car went out of warranty after having the instrument cluster (like that is a wear item) replaced 4 times I asked for a meeting with the Audi zone manager for them to at least consider doing something about it. The service manager Mark would not arrange this meeting. It was also discovered that my CV boot was torn. Did I mention the car only had 29K miles? This was going to be the second time they replaced the same CV boot. Then it was discovered that the brake line was laying on top of the CV boot and was seriously torn and about to break. I asked them why they didn't fix this the first time when the car was under warranty since the brake line was obviously routed incorrectly either by them or by Audi from the factory. I only had the car serviced there. They told me I must have done this as it looked like the car had new brake pads. On the service before that they told me I needed new brake pads. Nothing had ever been done with the brake pads and they did not need to be replaced. Their story changed about 3 times on the brake pads. I told Mark the service manager I wanted to talk to the owner because I felt they should fix this at no charge and he said the owner was gone for the day. After a heated discussion I asked if I could at least leave the car there over the weekend till the owner got back on monday because it was unsafe to drive and he said if I was not going to pay them to fix it they would have it towed off of the lot that night. I taked to the owner much later because he works about three hours a week and he couldn't care less. He accused me of tampering with the car which I did not do but finally agreed to pay for half the parts cost and I could do the repair myself. Don't ever buy anything from any of the Continental Auto group. They don't stand behind their own work and they are rude and certainly not on your side. The only asset to their business is Robin and she should go find a job at a decent dealership.
