My Review of Cookeville Nissan:
I bought a used car from this dealership, not my first either, and I actually got the car for a fair from the dealership NADA price with almost no negotiation. After signing the papers, I found out that the vehicle only had one key and remote. It took a few phone calls and threats of writing bad reviews and reporting to the local chamber of commerce to get another set. Shortly after thinking all was well, I found out that the car needed new brakes. There was also no evidence of the 100k mile service being performed. So the car ended up costing an extra $1200.

In hind sight, I should have had this car checked out by a third party. However, I bought another new vehicle from the same place and have used them for service for about 14 years. This dealership will not get any more money from me.
