My Review of Cookeville Pontiac, Buick, GMC:
I purchased a used vehicle from Cookeville motors through an ebay auction. The car was advertised as almost "show ready" and free of rust. I also spoke with the salesman "jason" over the phone and asked a few more questions regarding the condition and origin of the car. He told me the car was from Tennessee and was in great shape. I bought the car and had it shipped to my house across the country. To my disappointment, the car was completely rusted. the body and the engine. It barely ran. In addition, I found out the car was originally from Michigan (it was only in Tennessee for 6 months). To no avail, I tried to contact the seller, the dealership etc. I received no customer service, support, anything. Overall, my experience with Cookeville Motors was miserable. Their as dishonest and low as any big city street hustler I've had to deal with. Save yourself the headache and don't do internet business with this company.
