My Review of Copeland Toyota Scion:
My wife and I have owned 5 Toyotas over the years, my last Tacoma (98) had over 340k miles on it before I sold it! I have also convinced a number of my co-workers to buy Tacomas based on my success with mine.

I had bought my previous Tacoma at North Attelboro Toyota, they were bought by Ernie Boch. I went to Boch South to look at purchasing my new Tacoma and the dealership did not have the same feel as it did back in 1998 and we had a similarliy bad experience there again in 2003 when we bought our Camry. So we tried Copeland! From day one I felt like I belonged there I was comfortable and the Sales people were friendly but not pushy and gave us the space we needed.

I have ben going back for service and we intend to continue patronizing Copeland in the future!

My Review of Copeland Toyota Scion:
I have been very satisfied with the way my service needs have been taken care of. I find the prices somewhat high but not unreasonably so. The service writers are friendly, clearly explain needs, and willingly answer questions. I like the oil change bonus, buy 5 get one free. The coupons received in the mail are helpful too. I hope these things continue.

Service was well done. Qulity work completed in exc time. The price was good I used coupons were used with qut problems.The wait was short and comforable. Had coffee and watched tv.This is the best service I have ever experance.

Although I purchased my 2003 Toyota Solara from another Toyota dealership, I have had a great experience with Copeland for all my servicing need for the past 5 years. You are treated as if you are a Copeland customer.

When it's time for my next Toyota, it will be purchased from Copeland.

I wish I remembered the employee's name. He was very understanding of my needs, courteous and honest about the wait time. I felt like I was being treated as a valued customer instead of a sales opportunity.

Every experience I have had at Copeland is a stark contrast to the time I have spent at Boch Toyota. I recommend the Toyota and Scion brand to friends and family and especially recommend Copeland as worth the trip to Brockton.

I have had my Rav4 since 2005,when I brought it at Copeland toyota. It had 10,000 miles on it. I have driven it 65,000 miles with no problem. My service experience with them has been the best. They have made it a pleasure to get service at Copeland. They have sent email for Scheduled Maintenance and easy to get appointments

This is my second purchase from Copeland. Tony was very knowledgable about the vehicle, very personable. He made sure that I understood everything about the truck before I left. Tony made this purchase very smooth and enjoyable. Even the finance was great. The woman is so friendly and nice. She even remembered me from my previous purchase. When I brought my truck in to have a remote start installed, Tony was right there in service with me. When I picked my truck up, again Tony was there to make sure I was completely satisfied. He is a great asset to Copeland Toyota.

The length taken for buying the car is little long, may it's how the process works. It can be improved little bit.

Staff is very knowledgeable in car parts and usage.

ALWAYS Good Service - never bring the car anywhere else for service. Service is always done in a timely manner and a loaner given if possible. I have bought all my cars from this dealership for the past 20 years and will continue to do so in the future.
