My experience with Cortese Ford was excellent. I was in the market for a difficult to find truck, something that I knew was not in stock at Cortese but they had similar trucks for me to test-drive. Patrick Zimmerman never shied from the challenge and worked relentlessly to find me the truck I wanted (plus some!). It was clear that Patrick had the support he needed internally to make this happen and I couldn't be happier.

The whole team worked like a military operation from the initial internet contacts of Joshua and Tommy Ciavari in sales, Joe DiGuardi financing team, and Ryan Ercoli putting the fine touches on prepping my vehicle for delivery. Very pleasant and hard working sales team, if I owned this business, I would hire these people...car delivered same day. I like my car and the Ford Fusion drives and looks like a luxury sports sedan...Aston Martin. yes, I would return...to save and buy the Ford Fusion Hybrid at 47miles per gallon and beautiful, breathtaking.

I had apprehension on going to Cortese to purchase a vehicle. I went to their website to review the Lincoln selection. I was contacted with by their internet group to foster and gauge my level of interest. Dana was very professional and engaging. Based on the conversation - I accepted the appointment. When I arrived - I was met by Dan Tucker. Understanding the money I was going to spend, Dan was very patient, quick to address concerns and very kind. Needless to say at the end of it all - I would go back to Cortese.

We moved to the Rochester area a few years ago after purchasing our Lincoln Navigator elsewhere. The service we have received from Dino has been nothing short of amazing. He has always treated us as if we had purchased our SUV from their dealership and has gone above and beyond great service on more than one occasion. The dealer that sold us the Navigator was inept and incompetent. The paperwork regarding the extended warranty and maintenance we purchased was either submitted incorrectly or not at all. Dino stayed on top of this dealership until they submitted the correct paperwork that accurately reflected what we paid for. In addition to that, he stayed WAY beyond closing time one snowy, windy night to wait for me after my window got stuck in the open position so I could drop off the car and get a loaner until my window was repaired. When my husband came to see what had happened, the battery in his car died and Dino stuck around even later to give him a jump so we could both make it home safely. Every time I have needed help, Dino has been courteous, kind and ready to do what it takes to solve my problem. As a current or previous owner of BMW, Audi and Mercedes, I have never received this level of service from any dealer, anywhere. If you have a service need for a Lincoln vehicle, I highly recommend you see Dino at Cortese.

We rate our vist with Tim May 1-10......a 10, he was a very helpful, patient person!! We were so glad we ran into him when we walked in! He showed us the car, told us EVERYTHING about it and when it came time to sit down to do the paperwork, he was very patient and informative! I have been a loyal Acura owner for over 30 years. I was very skeptical about the Lincoln brand and level of service I could expect. I was pleasantly surprised by salesman Tim May's no-nonsense, honest approach. I was given an exceptional price for my trade-in when I first spoke with him in August 2012. Due to 2013 MKZ delivery delays, the car was not available until April of 2013. I was very concerned they would not honor their original trade-in offer because my car went well over 100,000 miles. Some dealerships would have offered me a great price to keep me interested then when the car was available, offer me thousands less. Much to my amazement, they honored their original offer.

Tim May kept telling me, "We are here to make sure you are completely satisfied". I kept thinking, "Yea, right." The more experience I had with Tim and the Cortese Dealership, the more I was impressed. I wanted to know what I was getting myself into so, I initiated contact with between 10 – 15 different employees. Each and everyone expressed a genuine enthusiasm for the Lincoln brand and the Cortese Dealership. Many have been there for well over twenty years and virtually all of them spoke about being part of the “Lincoln Family”.

I had some minor cosmetic matters I wanted taken care of. I am very particular about my car and believe that the better you take care of your car, the better it will take care of you. Service manager John and his people, Dino and Ed, immediately addressed ALL of my concerns, no matter how minor it was. I was told several times, "We are here for you." I know from past experience, other dealerships would have told me I was just going to have to live with it or I was being too picky.

I am very pleased with my interaction with the Cortese Lincoln Dealership and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Anna was amazing! I needed a new vehicle in a short period of time as my previous vehicle was totalled in a MVA. I gave Anna my specs, price range, and time limit and she was able to efficently and expertly completely meet my needs. Unlike a lot of car dealerships, their were no heavy handed, pushy sales pitches. Anna was available, open, and willing to do whatever it took to make me happy. My experience with her not only exceeded my expectations, but made buying a new car an easy experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Anna to anyone looking for a no hassel, no stress car buying experience.
