My Review Of Cortese Auto Group:
I have been a loyal Acura owner for over 30 years. I was very skeptical about the Lincoln brand and level of service I could expect. I was pleasantly surprised by salesman Tim May's no-nonsense, honest approach. I was given an exceptional price for my trade-in when I first spoke with him in August 2012. Due to 2013 MKZ delivery delays, the car was not available until April of 2013. I was very concerned they would not honor their original trade-in offer because my car went well over 100,000 miles. Some dealerships would have offered me a great price to keep me interested then when the car was available, offer me thousands less. Much to my amazement, they honored their original offer.
Tim May kept telling me, "We are here to make sure you are completely satisfied". I kept thinking, "Yea, right." The more experience I had with Tim and the Cortese Dealership, the more I was impressed. I wanted to know what I was getting myself into so, I initiated contact with between 10 – 15 different employees. Each and everyone expressed a genuine enthusiasm for the Lincoln brand and the Cortese Dealership. Many have been there for well over twenty years and virtually all of them spoke about being part of the “Lincoln Family”.
I had some minor cosmetic matters I wanted taken care of. I am very particular about my car and believe that the better you take care of your car, the better it will take care of you. Service manager John and his people, Dino and Ed, immediately addressed ALL of my concerns, no matter how minor it was. I was told several times, "We are here for you." I know from past experience, other dealerships would have told me I was just going to have to live with it or I was being too picky.
I am very pleased with my interaction with the Cortese Lincoln Dealership and look forward to working with them for many years to come.
