We were contacted via phone and e-mail immediately, and all the paperwork cr&p was done before we even arrived. We were greeted cordially by every team member whether they had anything to do with our transaction or not. Tim's smile and laugh are absolutely infectious, and he was thorough, attentive, congenial, and showed no signs of dismay that my husband and I were keeping him so late beyond closing time. The speedy process, and the finance genius (and I mean that literally) make the entire experience a treasured one. I feel like we made friends in addition to buying a car. Thanks to everyone 'cause I know it is a total team effort behind the desks, and in the service bays as well as out front.

My Review of Cortese Auto Group:
Tim May was a genuine and caring salesman. He helped me with the usually dreaded car buying experience. Since I am a female I would like to express that I was not intimidated nor demeaned in any areas of the car purchase. I walked away feeling that I finally found a dealership that is unlike any I have been to previously. I would absolutely refer anyone to this dealership. This was our second purchase in one year and will never go to any other dealership for purchases or maintenance work. We also purchased the Ziebart packages and found that a great investment for the longevity of our Escalade (our 5th cadillac) and Jeep (our third). You will find Tim May in the Lincoln showroom but he can help you with your purchase in any of the 3-4 buildings and with any of the makes you prefer. He was also instrumental with his knowledge of the Ziebart offerings too. Their garage is spotless and organized. I met the entire staff and found all of them very helpful and offered to explain anything further if necessary. Norma in the cashier's office was also great!! Do not hesitate to purchase your vehicle from these professionals.

My Review of Cortese Auto Group:
Wayne was a great sales person. He did his job with ease. Whatever we wanted to do was fine with him. He let us test drive more than the vehicle that we bought. The only part of buying a vehicle is the haggle over price. This is the selling price, this is the trade for your vechile. Back & forth several times. Not to my liking but I know that's part of the buying process.
The team @ the Lincoln store work very well together. Just everything was great. The showroom was spotless, as well as the shop area. The employees that work for you must be treated fairly, as they all seem to take pride in their job and the facility.

Dave was unbelievable to work with. I've always dreaded the car buying experience and now that I know Dave, I will never dread it again. He made me feel comfortable and really worked out a great deal to get me into my car. My husband and I were actually kind of sad to leave the dealership because we enjoyed the experience so much. I purchased a new Chrysler 300C in late April, 2012. The Sales Representative, Tom Fogg was exemplary in his service to the customer. From the beginning, right on though the transaction, and follow up after the sale, Tom displayed professionalism and exceptional knowledge throughout the process. His estimate in regard to my anticipated monthly payment was right on, resulting in no surprises when I met with the finance manager. I very much appreciated his thorough knowledge of the vehicle; he truly understood what he was selling, and was able to clearly explain the technical aspects and operation of the numerous creature comforts installed in my vehicle.

Scott has serviced my vehicles for several years. He's very professional and I appreciated his knowledgable on my Mustang and Ranger. His repair work or oil changes are always spot on. The vehicles are always clean and ready when promised. He readily answers any question I have and offers suggestions on service and parts. Thanks to him and his knwoledge of Ford vehicles, my wife purchased her first Ford (2011 Escape) last July and I just took a lease on an F150 based mostly his recommendation on what vehicle I might want to replace the Ford Ranger with. I don't trust just anybody to service my vehicles, but do trust Scott and Cortese Ford.
