My Review of Cortese Ford:
Everything was fine and dandy, Put a DOWN PAYMENT on a 03 truck, was waiting for my own financing, gave them my registration ,insurance,licence,,,AND SIGNED A CONTRACT! the finacing hit a snag that I not them straighted out, Had my blank check in hand ready to by the truck AND ????????????? THEY DESIDED IT WAS OK TO SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE..even though the had a signed contract and my money,,,, Where is it fair a dealer sells you a vehicle, and can pull it out from under you if they feel they got a better offer? Complaints filed with the better buisness burough, attorny generals office, federal trade commision, and ford motor company in Detriot. As well as my congress woman, who will be looking into it to see if selling a truck sold to one person than another is a form of theft

My Review of Cortese Ford:
Very shoddy workmanship, overcharged for anything they ever did for me and never stood behind the new Focus ZX3 I bought new from them. Very poor communication if and when they called me. Lied to me about the cost or repiars and used foul language on the phone when dealing with me. This was the worst mistake of my life buying from this place.

After I got home, my sister loved the looks of the 2005 focus and we wnt back on Saturday. She drove a few models and purchased a focus wagon. She will pick it up on Monday. <br>Another great sales team at work...... Thank You! Wilson

Walked in Asked to be shown a few gas saving cars and was taken to the Ford Focus lineup of cars and the 2005 looked and drove just like a very expensive auto that you would find in luxury dealer. I purchased it and took it home the same day. Thank you Mr. Cortese
