I recently had my vehicle serviced at Corwin Toyota and Amber was the service advisor. I brought it in for basic service and inspection that would take about an hour. I live in Castle Rock and was going Amber was the service advisor. I brought it in for basic service and inspection that would take about an hour. I live in Castle Rock and was going to run an additional errand. After the inspection, it was determined I needed the front brakes serviced and was going to take several hours. Amber scheduled Lyft transportation so that I could take care of the errand and have the brakes serviced. Amber provided great support for both the service appointment and running the errand. Worst service experience ever on my Tundra. Changing fluids took 8 hours. Took my car in at 10:15 a.m. and got it back at 6:30 p.m. I did agree to end of day return, but 6:30 is way past Changing fluids took 8 hours. I was also advised possible brake replacements at 6:15 p.m. Poor to no communication on progress. When I raised issue to Service Director, he left me a vmail but has not returned 4 subsequent calls. I had purchased the 3 oil change service, cancelled it after this fiasco as I will find other more reputable repair businesses. 3 additional services were recommended for my vehicle, why add them if your staff is already too busy? More
