My Review of Costa Mesa Infiniti:
Wow talking about service, Costa Mesa just send me a "Thank you Plant". They really went out of their way to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. Now how many dealer would go that far and make sure that the customer had a good experience and happy with the vehicle that they had just purchase? If I have to buy another vehicle again I would definitely buy frm Costa Mesa Infiniti again. Like I said from the last post I had fun dealing with Bryan and Costa Mesa infiniti. Thanks again

My Review of Costa Mesa Infiniti:
Trust me I am a shopper when it comes to cars I must have talked to about 20 different dealers. I gave them specifics for my situation on a lease for an M35 car. All of the other dealers were higher on the money factor or when quoted over the phone would do A Classic Bait and switch when I would arrive! Bryan is one of the most upfront & respecfull people in the automobile industry, I think all sales people should learn from Bryan!!! Needless to say I am a customer for life.

My Review of Costa Mesa Infiniti:
I never had a good experience when it come to dealing with car sale man. Not until internet made buying car so easy. I called a few dealers in Southern California who have the FX and the packages that I wanted. A couples of dealers won't deal with me, or they don't have the car I want, one dealer(Metro) have the car that I want but won't deal but try to get me to come in(to play game with him) and then there 3 dealers(Costa Mesa(Bryan Huyhn), Riverside(Charles ?), and South Bay(Steven Park)) who offered me great deal that I can't refuse. All three sale men are friendly to work with and eager to help. But since I originally deal with Bryan at Costa Mesa....I bought my FX from him. The FX that I want was at another dealer. He send a driver/porter to Thousand Oak to pick up the FX, without me putting down any downpayment. The told me that he will be in on Sunday. He was friendly, no B.S., he tell me everything up front(invoice price, tax registration, etc) He even came in on his day off(Sunday) to make sure I walked away from the dealer with the car. Most saleman would ask you to come in when they are working, not Bryan. I have a great exprience buying a car from Bryan. I totally recommend Cost Mesa Infiniti and Bryan Huyhn. Thank you very much

My Review of Costa Mesa Infiniti:
I wish more dealers would model theirs by Costa Mesa Infiniti...<br><br>I purchased a new G35 from Mr. Sam Park...He knew and I knew that I was going to walk out of that dealer with a brand new car...but instead of ripping me off...He gave me little hesitation to offer me the BEST price on a G35...Now, I contact him for New and Used cars on the lot....great guy to work with...<br><br>Service Dept: A+++ what can I say...ALL service advisors are extremely friendly, they will get you in and out (in a loaner car) with no question asked. I requested that I get the FX35 loaner car and they handed me the keys with no problem. ALL THREE service advisors were ExTREMELY friendly...they serve donuts...i meant BITE SIZE donuts...<br><br>If I were to buy another Infiniti in the future, I would DEFINITELY goto Costa Mesa Infiniti...<br><br>(BTW..I AM NOT RELATED TO SAM...EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE THE SAME LAST NAME).
