My Review of Coughlin Automotive:
I traded in my gas guzzler on a used Cadillac CTS. I met the owner, Tom, and the GM, Brian. Both are great and very helpful. Brian found the exact car I was looking for and gave me a great price on it and a fair trade in value for mine. The Business manager, Paul was polite, professional and not high pressure. We went over all the paperwork and he had me on my way quickly. I highly suggest doing business with this class dealership. Was introduced to service, hope I don't need them, they were all friendly and shop look neat and up to date.

My Review of Coughlin Automotive:
The best experience I've ever had. Everything went so smooth and I was very impressed. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I got a GREAT deal. No games! My salesman, and the managers, were very down to earth and honest. None of that "typical car salesman" stereotypical stuff. Everything was broken down to me and explained, nothing was hidden. They made sure I knew what to do after I purchased my vehicle and was given a tour of service and the parts department so I knew what to do after the sale, and where to go. I would highly recommend this dealership. Very professional and courteous!!!!
