My Review of Coulter Cadillac Oldsmobile:
I took my car there b/c a piece was hanging under the car. They took it back and he called me hours later telling me there is a problem. He said the technician pierced one of the hoses leading to my airconditioner and now I had to pay $300-350.00 to pay for it. I asked why I would be responsible, he said, "The technician could have never known he would have pierced the hose when he fixed the piece. I tried contacting the Sales Department Manager: Jon Thorne but no one called me back. Now I am going to contact the General Sales Mgr: Robert D. Lund and the BBB.

My Review of Coulter Cadillac Oldsmobile:
Excellent dealer with excellent service. The service writers are great but the general manager Mr Tony Komadina is an unkind, mean spirited man. That shouldn't discourage you however, as the experience is far better than at Lund Legends or Kachina.
