My Review of Coulter Cadillac:
I found that Dennis Starks, was very professional, and listened to me as to what I was looking for and the price range I was prepared to pay. He was very knowledgeable about the product,ie(Buick Regal),answered all my questions and was very respectful to me. I had mentioned to him tha buying a car was no longer a fun thing to do, in working with Dennis in my purchase of the Buick Regal I have to say that he showed me that is still can be a fun thing to do.Thank you Dennis. Coulter Cadillac has a very good sales consultant in Dennis Stark. Dennis then took me to Mike Kemp in finance, who was knowledgeable about the options I had and the explination of the Dupont sealant,the extended warrenty which I purchased as well as the other products i had an option to include in my purchase. Debbie Niles who assisted in the process of the paper work is simply Great, her command of the process and her knowledge of what she does was incredible. Both Debbie and Mike were professional and treated me with respect. My experence at Coulter Cadillac was very plesant and I will be sending referrals to Denis Stark. I give my experence a 5 star rating. Thank you Debbie, Dennis and Mike.

Working with Josh was a very positive experience. He was extremely knowledgable, personable and patient. Josh was unlike any other car dealer in that, I wasn't feeling pressured or swayed into a quick sale. I definitely reccomend and have reccomended Mr. Lohman to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

Salesman, Bill Jurczak, was very friendly and offered an extended test drive if we desired. He was professional and personable during the entire transaction. The price on the car was fixed, so it made the transaction much easier.

My Review of Coulter Cadillac:
I purchased my 09 Corvette from Coulter so I took it back there when I needed some warranty work. Ed arranged a day and time to bring it in and gave it the appropriate care while it was in the dealership. The repair was completed early and the work was done perfectly. Ed is not only very courteous but also very professional and looks after every detail of the service experience. Thanks for going the extra mile ED!

My Review of Coulter Cadillac:
I purchased my new SRX in the Spring of 2010 from Coulter Cadillac. At the time I was quite satisfied with the quality of the vehicle, the sales team, and the subsequent service.

I moved to Denver, Co. in the Fall of 2010 and had occasion to seek service at my local Cadillac dealer, Rickenbacher Cadillac. All service was performed flawlessly thanks to service director, Norm.

When I had a problem with the chrome finish on my wheels and lower trim, I personally contacted the service manager, Blaze. He patiently listened to my concerns and told me he would contact the regional Cadillac representative and get back to me promptly. Several days later, Blaze called me and informed me that Cadillac would replace all of the parts in question at their expense where ever I would like the service performed. As I had returned the vehicle to Phoenix, I elected to have my original dealership, Coulter Cadillac, do the work. I contacted Coulter Cadillac Service Manager, Jon Thorne, who entrusted this task to his ever able assistant, Ed Stralko. As all Cadillac personnel preceding him, Ed was extremely professional and to the utmost helpful. He continued to make this entire process as easy on me as possible, demonstrating that the total Cadillac experience is luxury, from the quality of the product, to the exceptional customer service.

My Review of Coulter Cadillac:
I took my car in - was later due to traffic - and Mr. Sralko was courteous and got me on my way with a loaner so I could make my meeting. he also helped me with directions from the dealer to my meeting area.

when I returned to pick up the car, he went over how to take care of it and answered my questions professionally and with "no question is too trivial" attitude.

With my new car, I asked Mr. Sralko is he can be the go-to guy for my new Verano and he said of course.

Great service and manner.

My Review of Coulter Cadillac:
Deb Niles and Roger Farney are miracle workers. I traded my 2008 MB 350 for a 2012 Buick Verano and I really got the best of the deal. Love the car with all of the amenities.

As a first time buyer from Coulter Cadillac, I was somewhat leery of dealing with the dealer with the car on the roof. Ha! They were kind, caring, extremely professional and never waivered in stating I would have my new car. Kudos to Deb and Roger and the good people of Coulter Cadillac.

My Review of Coulter Cadillac:
I had a wonderful experience with Coulter Cadillac the week prior. From the time of my phone call to inquire for an appointment time and service, the receptionist was very polite and anxious to help me, upon me telling her about my challenege she confirmed that they would absolutely get me in right away as this was an emergency. I spoke with my service rep Mr. Joe Helms who was very coruteous and professional and assured me I was in good hands and they would figure out what was wrong with my vehichle. He was kind enought o extend an offer for the complimentary multi point inspection in which I had inquired about as this was an offer for the week following which I had recieved via the mail, and was glad he honored this while also providing me with a free emergency kit. He checked in with me regularly throughout the day to let me know how things were looking and let me know where they were at in the process of testing the car for various problems. I took the shuttle service provided by Coulter to work and found Chase to be very charming, and quite a gentleman. Chris picked me up from work that evening and was nothing less than kind and professional. both of them made the drive to retrieve my car very enjoyable and they both are so respectful & reliable. I have always gone to the Tempe dealership in which I love working with Glenn Cabel as he is phenomenal, however due to geographical reasons have now begun servicing my vehichle at Coulter Cadillac, and am very pleased that the service is just as top notch as it has been at the Tempe Coulter. I will definitely be back.

And he's not alone in working here for a long time! We have over 40 employees who have been with us for 20 years or more, with a few over 30! That doesn't say we're old, mind you. We have stability, since 1923 actually. Thanks for the kind words about "Coop."
