Bert did a fantastic job taking care of us and did a follow up call after we purchased the new car. I would recommend anyone to come to Coulter Infiniti. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't feel like I was being sold a car by a used car salesmen.

My Review of Coulter Infiniti:
My experience purchasing a new Infiniti G37 from Ted Rees was fabulous. I have purchased several cars in my day and this was the best experience by far. It was pleasant, stress free and educational. Ted and the other managers were very professional and friendly to work with. I know I got a great deal and will be a return customer. I know from past experience their service department is great to work with as well. I live in Scottsdale, but choose to drive to Mesa for any service maintenance. The members in the service department are polite, respectful and competent. I highly recommend Coulter Infiniti.

My Review of Coulter Infiniti:
I had been shopping around for a vehicle all morning one day and we were not really finding what I wanted. We decided to drive out to Coulter Infiniti to see what they had to offer and to my suprise I found a great car, Infiniti G37. Ted Rees helped us all day and was very patient with me due to myself being a picky person. He was very informative and patient and wasnt a pushy sale person at all. He gave us our space which is always good at a dealership, because I have had bad past experiences at dealerships who the car salesman employees are so pushy and trying to get you into a car you dont really want, but not at Coulter Infinit. They make you feel comfortable and were very pleasent. The staff at Coulter Infiniti are great, but I would recommend Ted Rees to all my friends and family. He is by far the best car salesman I have ever encountered. Thank you again Ted, Coulter Infiniti added a great asset to their team.

My Review of Coulter Infiniti:
My wife and I recently bought a used G37 convertible from Richard von Braun at Coulter Infiniti. Richard was a professional salesman. Very knowledgable, informing us of the facts and details of the car. While the entire sales process was straight forward and painless what impressed us the most was the follow-up service we received from Richard. We were on vacation when we bought the car so we had to have it shipped 1200 miles home. I had no experience in doing this but Richard made the process very easy. He also kept in touch with me almost daily via phone, text, or e-mail to inform me of the status of our vehicle (including communicating on his days off). There was some warranty work that needed to be completed prior to the car leaving the dealership. He personally kept me informed about this process and saw that it was done immediately after we purchased the car in order to help facilitate a timely delivery. This is the first Infiniti we have owned and if we decide to purchase another one we will definitely return to Coulter Infiniti.

My Review of Coulter Infiniti:
For me, the test of a really good salesperson is the follow-up and support (if necessary) after the sale. About two weeks after we bought the car, it developed a problem and was not driveable. I called Ted and he answered the call right away (it was his day-off). He was very receptive and concerned about the problem. He followed up the next day and suggested we have the car towed back to the dealership. When we arrived, Ted was waiting outside and greeted me right away. He made me feel genuinely important and showed real empathy for my situation. Ted arranged for a loaner car and it was ready when I arrived. About half hour into my drive back home, I discovered that I left my cell phone at the dealership. It was about half an hour before closing time so I gambled and decided to drive back not knowing if I'll get back before closing. I arrived about 10 minutes after closing time but Ted was still there, to my relief. He had called my wife to tell her what happened by he nor my wife had a way to contact me. Ted told me if I did not get back before closing, then he would have called and tell me to meet him somewhere halfway between the dealership and my home in order that I get my phone back. That's what I call real great service!

EVERYONE I HAVE DEALT WITH AT COULTER INFINITI HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. IN PARTICULAR IN THE PAST 3 YEARS SINCE I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE I HAVE HAD THE MOST INCREDIBLE CARE AND SERVICE FROM TED REES. HE HAS TAUGHT ME THE MANY FEATURES OF THE VEHICLE, MORE THAN ONCE AND HAS DELIVERED MY VEHICLE TO ME PERSONALLY EACH TIME IT WAS SERVICED.I FEEL LIKE A ROLLS ROYCE OWNER THANKS TO TED AND THE PEOPLE AT COULTER INFINITI WHO SUPPORT THIS ATTITUDE AND LEVEL OF SERVICE. My Review of Coulter Infiniti:
What a great group of folks to work with. We are rather demanding customers. We quickly knew exactly what we wanted and Ed searched until he found our perfect vehicle and then brought it to us, even staying after his shift was over to accommodate our needs.

Negotiations was relatively easy and we came back two days later and our car magically appeared! The paperwork was dealt with quickly and were out the door with our new car in nothing flat.

The whole process went swimmingly well!

My Review of Coulter Infiniti:
These people are first-class..! Our salesman, Richard, was like a friendly neighbor..! He treated us with respect, answered all our questions, addressed all our concerns, and helped us getting a good deal on a great car, Infiniti FX35. The car was made ready for delivery as promised. Richard really knew the car, inside and out, and gave us a very thorough tutorial prior to delivery.

My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend this gentleman, and this dealership, to anyone looking to either buy or lease these great vehicles that Infiniti makes.

My Review of Coulter Infiniti:
I have purchased four infiniti's from this location in the last five years. The vehicle is obviously fantastic and we are planning on purchasing two more within the next year or so. The performance of the vehicle is important, however even more meaningful is the after sale care. Employees like my representative BART BURNS and the service completed by their technicians are really why we continue to purchase and return for service. Bart Burns goes over and beyond in making every vist a perfect one. Thank you Bart for everything you do!
