Aletafietko, we're sorry to read that your oil change and tire rotation took longer than anticipated. Its never our goal to take longer than expected. Occassionally, the full inspection of the vehicle and producing the video consumers more time than desired. We're not sure that last time you were in for the pricing comment but when we did the market increase (about 5 months ago) we did research both dealership and non branded shops to ensure we are competitive. This was our increase in two years, even though the cost of oil has gone up over six times. All of that doesn't necessarily make it feel better to pay more, the explanation is simply to offer understanding for the reason the price increased.
