About the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Larry found the vehicle I wanted with the exact options and color I wanted. All this at invoice price! We even arranged financing over the phone/mail. I was at the dealer a total of 10 minutes!!! OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!!!

My Review of County Wide Chrysler Jeep:
BEWARE!

E-mailed this dealership about Certified Pre-Owned Jeeps and was told by the "Internet Guy" (Jim, I believe) to "come on down" and "check out the inventory".

Called before coming and was told by receptionist that the "Internet guy", was out to lunch and would be back. I told the receptionist that I wanted to come down, left a message with my name AND left a voicemail on the "Internet Guy's" phone that I would be coming down.

Now I live in Ventura County but I was interested in one Silver Jeep Grand Cherokee. So I went down there and after wandering around the lot I went inside and asked a distinctly different receptionist (I always ask for names over the phone) for the gentleman I had exchanged e-mails with. Turns out it was his day off! Communication people!

I was told everyone else was busy so I left. Too bad as I was ready to buy.

If they had only taken the time--I'm a patient person.

P.S.
A total of "3" Pre-Owned Jeeps is not really "inventory" worth "Checking out" guys! Especially when they are priced WAY over Blue Book. A Toyota Prius this is not.

My Review of County Wide Chrysler Jeep:
I stumbled on this web site after purchasing a new Jeep Commander. Jesse went far out of his way to find the vehicle of our choice. I shopped for days on the Internet. They not only matched my best deal. I left with 300 extra gallons of gas I didn't expect. I really don't enjoy commenting like this. However, I feel Jim @ Jesse deserve a positive comment. Sights like these only the negative are talked about. Never the good experiences. I guess misery loves company. Go out of your way to deal with Jim @ Jesse. Great job guys. My friends @ family are yours for life. PS
