My Review of Courtesy Chrysler-Jeep:
I purchased an H2 for CASH. I was assured that the missing back seat and key would be given to me. Almost two months and countless inquiries later, I have neither.
When I purchased the H2, I was told that the DEALER GUARANTEE would be in effect for 2 months or 2,000 miles. THREE WEEKS after purchasing the H2, the instrument panel malfunctioned. I had neither had the vehicle for 2 months, nor had I put 2,000 miles on it. In fact, I had only driven the vehicle 5 times.
When I took the H2 in to repair the instrument panel, I was told that I was responsible for the $450+ repair bill. When I complained, I was told that the repair WASN'T COVERED under the dealership guarantee. In order to get my vehicle back, I was forced to pay 1/2 of the bill.
I am waiting to hear back from the CEO regarding the seat, the key and the reimbursement for the repair. However, regardless of the outcome, I will NEVER do business with this dealership again. Nor would I recommend it....even to my worse enemy.
