My Review of Courtesy Honda:
Though I did not buy my new car from this dealership, I wanted to say that they were exceptionally helpful, full of knowledge on the vehicle, and overall terrific. I was greeted immediately, went for a test drive (my 3rd of this car, which I was already sold on and was at the dealer to buy if the price was right), and Brooke told me things about the car that I had not heard at any other Honda dealership.

The dealership was quick to appraise my car and give me the out the door price that I asked for on the new car. Though I did not buy the car (I thought the price was a little more than it should be and wanted to compare prices at another dealership- where I purchased the car as they got closer to my offer) I would recommend this team to anyone.

If this dealership were not almost an hour away, I would have gone back to see if they would meet the offer I got elsewhere, as they were so nice and I would have liked to have given them my business. ( In the end though, I am happy to have the $700 difference in my pocket.)

My Review of Courtesy Honda:
Attempted to buy a Honda Accord from there Internet Department, I was given a price and told that would be the final out the door number when I arrived they attempted to raise the price by telling me that the vehicle I wanted had dealer installed equipment (whatever that means) and the price was about $1500.00 more then talked about. I felt like I was totally lied to and and mislead from the begining. I ended up purchasing a car from another local dealership in south Orlando.

My Review of Courtesy Honda:
Scott is the service manager for courtesy honda. I have a problem with my windows getting scratched when they go up and down. I was required to work with Scott to resolve the problem because my windows are tinted and honda does not warranty tint. Scott repeatedly rejected my request to have the doors looked at, and he lied about returning my phone calls.

I since took my car to Holler Honda, and on the first visit within 5 minutes their service manager had the door panels removed and resolved my problem.

I will never go back to courtesy. I bought my two cars there, and had all my service done there for 3 years. Scott's behavior is inexcusable and very unprofessional.

My Review of Courtesy Honda:
After only two visits to this dealership, I have to say they are the most incompetent people I have worked with in over 50 years. Its not that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing -- the left hand doesn't know that there IS a right hand. They quote wrong prices, wrong delivery times, they can't even adjust headlights. They tell you to bring the wrong materials for service. Even when you are looking at a part and you both see it is wrong, they say it must be right because the computer says so. GIVE ME A BREAK! Don't you have a brain????
