I started out going to Hyundai just to look around and possibly test drive a car, not knowing exactly what kinds of cars hyundai had. As soon as I pulled into the lot George Piloto was there promptly to great my parents and me. George quickly got to know exactly what I was interested in with his questionnaire and skipped the hassle of having to walk around the lot hoping that I would stumble upon something. With getting to know me he immediately decided that I sounded like I would be happy with the Hyundai Tucson so off to the Tucsons we went. Upon walking up to them I was a little scared to look at the price thinking I wouldn't be able to afford it since it was an SUV so we started out test driving the very basic level of the Tucson and I was really happy and pleased with both the price and the ride. Being brave when I got back to the lot I went and looked at the next level up of the Tucsons thinking it was going to jump up in price a lot and I was pleasantly surprised it was not too bad of an increase. From there I picked the color and price I liked and it was the Aurora blue, but I was still not 100% sure I wanted the Hyundai since I still wanted to compare it to the chevy Equinox. Without any begging or pleading to stay and make a deal for the Tucson George and his boss let me go easily to go and compare. I really liked that, that was the first dealership I had ever gone to and didn't feel like the sales people were being pushy. That same day I went to chevy and looked at the equinox for the same price as the Hyundai and the salesman Brandon did not want to take any more then $200 off the total price and kept insisting that his manager wouldn't do any better and wouldn't even get up to go ask and also I wouldn't of gotten any other offers/warrenties. With that being said and done, it was a clear decision that I was going to go back to Hyundai on my next day off from work to make a deal for the 2013 Hyundai Tucson. The days inbetween the time I was heading back to Hyundai George had called to see how I was doing with making a decision and offered to let me take the car home for a day if I wanted. Unfortunately the day I went back to Hyundai George was off, so Evelyn had helped me that day. I was really scared that I was not going to get approved and turned away for my credit not being excellent since I didn't really have any, but Evelyn and her boss Dan had worked together to help me get an AWESOME deal with AWESOME warrenties. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Courtesy Hyundai I am now a First time car owner of a BRAND NEW car with out needing a co-signer. George Piloto was very knowledgable about the Tucson and Evelyn was very helpful with getting my phone set up with my car. I couldn't be any happier if I went to a different dealership.

I went into Hyundai with my mom to look at Elantra's, and I ended up leaving with my first car! Jesus greeted us immediately and was very helpful. He found out all the answers to the questions we asked him. We felt very comfortable with him and I would definitely recommend working with him.

Glen was awesome. Best delivery experience out of over 40 vehicles I've purchased. Glen spent a great deal of time going over features and even dunked my iPhone my new Santa Fe's Bluetooth. I'd definitely buy another car from Glen and Courtesy Hyundai.

My mother and I were looking for a "size" of a car she would feel comfortable in and we looked around at 2 different dealers and then came onto Courtesy Hyundai. We really were not ready to buy just looking and were the sales staff were very friendly even though "WE" were a bit snub because the other dealership were quite pushy in trying to control the conversation, get us into a test drive... While we were at Courtesy Hyundai we were approached in a friendly manner by the Sales Manager who introduced us to Ron Bienaime, to assist us in any questions we may have as we tried a car on for size. ( my mother is elderly and wanted something easy to get in and out of and wanted a sunroof..That it.) This dealership had quite a selection of cars and as we roamed Ron was very knowledgeble in any of the questions we had, He was Humble not pushy, very polite in assisting us to another lot where we may look some more. My mother really like the Elanta Limited as it had all the items she wanted for her needs and more. We said we were members of USAA insurance Group and they were well aware and happy to not only acknowledge a discount for this organization but asked if they could get the discounts for us as a starting point. Well an hour later we were working numbers with a trade in. The price was still a bit high for her since she pays cash and was dead set on a bottom line. I asked Ron his professional opinion of lease vs finance and he again assisted me in an alternative that would get me out of an upside down loan. I decided to get a new Elantra as a lease to get me out of my upsidedown issue and they gave my mother the price she wanted and a GREAT deal on both our trades. We are now loyal customers. They even let us take the cars home and bring back my trade the next day along with my payments needed as well as mail in Moms Title since we had not planned on buying!. Good ol' fashion trust and friendliness and hospitality. "RAFEAL" in Finance was terrific in explaining options available to my mothers' sale and got me some great Rebates (freebies) on coverages on my lease! So Happy to see a dealership actually think of their customers needs and benefits first. Thank you Courtsey Hyundai, We will be Back!
