My Review Of Courtesy Kia Mitsubishi:

Best Kia dealership that I visited.

Gregg Vizvary was a very informed salesperson, he actually owns and drives the exact vehicle that I was interested in (Kia Optima SXL) so he had extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of the vehicle, beyond simply reading the brochure. Plus, in my opinion it is nice to see a salesperson who likes the vehicle enough to make it his own personal vehicle.

He took the time to explain all of the features in the vehicle (and there are LOTS), the differences between the different trim packages, compared it to other similar vehicles from other manufacturers, and did so in an enthusiastic and cordial manner. His knowledge put me at ease with my choice in automobile, and got me excited to be able to know the ins and outs and details of the vehicle.

During negotiations he, and the other staff that I spoke with, remained pleasant and were willing to match a competitors price and incentives in order to earn my business. They made me feel like my opinions and research mattered, and were very flexible as we haggled over the price and payment plan.

This dealerships willingness to match a competitors price and payments, all while remaining pressure free and kind, is what sealed the deal for me, and left me feeling comfortable giving them my business.

During the paperwork phase, everything went smoothly and quickly, and I drove off of the lot with my new car the same day I sat down to sign the papers.

As an added bonus, with my lease if I get all scheduled maintenance at this dealership, they extend the powertrain warranty out to 20 year, 200,000 miles.

All in all I will definitely be recommending Courtesy Kia (and especially Gregg) to anybody I know that is interested in a new car, and I am sure that there will be plenty of people interested once they see my car, see all of the features and details and overall styling, and hear my amazing price and experience.

On 2/17/13, I purchased a car at Courtesy Kia and I wanted to give Positive Feedback on my visit.My sales consultant on that day was Jed Frezza,and I can tell you now,I picked the right guy for my car buying task.I am not the easiest person to deal with,especially when It involves parting with a considerable amount of money.Iput Jed through the ringer.I traded a Kia that I bought at Metro Kia,because it was closer to my house,let me stop here because I was brought up believing that if you can't say anything good about a person,or in this case,a company,then don't say anything,nuff said.I found Courtesy to be a clean,friendly,and courteous (I guess,thats where the name comes from) company,not fancy,but I was told they will be moving to a larger dealership soon.Jed was very friendly to talk to,not pushy,good listener,and respectful of my time and money.I have bought many cars over the years,but Jed knew the right questions to ask,and the right order ,first finding out what I was looking for,money to spend ,then we knew where to look on the lot .I put Jed through xxxx,but he maintained his composure,he stayed calm and never caved,he was probably thinking to himself,o.k.,where are the cameras,this guy must be the C.E.O.of Courtesy,and i'll probably be on Undercover Boss in a future episode.But unfortunate for Jed,Im not,so a simple Thank You will have to do.So in conclusion,If you are looking for a car,do some homework ahead of time,check journal and Edmunds,and Kelley Blue Book for advice on what your looking for,If Courtesy has your ideal car,talk to Jed and have him put a deal together that will work for you.Good Luck,have fun,go home HAPPY.

My Review Of Courtesy Kia Mitsubishi:

Worked with an older gentleman who was very polite and professional. Once the manager came out to discuss my trade he was very rude. He started off by mocking the manager of Metro Kia ( Mike Doyle). He belittled me for going to see another dealer. I told him I live 5 minutes away from Metro Kia so coming to North Attleboro for service was not ideal. I also informed him that Metro Kia offered me 1500 more for my trade, therefore I would not except any less. He stood up and stated " Why don't you just go buy a car from Mike Doyle. You should go to Metro you live closer to them anyway." I have dealt with quite a few managers at dealerships. Never has one been so pompous, arrogant and rude. I am appalled with the way I was treated. The vehicle I looked at was a higher end model than I was interested in and a few thousand more than I had wanted to spend. However, it was very nice and I was considering it. Had the manager simply told me what he was willing to offer, and invited me to come back and see him if I wasn't happy with Metro, it's very possible I may have purchased the vehicle. On top of it all I had just witnessed him being rude and getting loud with a customer right before he came over to me. That customer left as well. The absolute worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about the saleman that help me pickout and lease a car, he went out of his way to help me and gave me a few pointers on where to eat and get some good Italian bread, thats how friendly Farrel was the minute i walked thru the front door of the Courtesy Kia dealership...I ran into some unfortunate circumstances with my old car and Farrel worked out a good deal for me and put me into a new car...I have nothing but praise for the Courtesy Dealership and his long time salesman Farrel...BTW, the Italian bread was simply great..Thanks Farell....

this is the 3rd car we have bought here in the last 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else with the no pressure sales from john holmes and the sales manager paul parenteau it makes our car buying expierience a pleasure.i would recommend anyone in the market for a kia or mitsubishi to go there for the best deal

My Review Of Courtesy Kia Mitsubishi:

I walked into the dealership knowing I wanted a 2013 Kia Optima (white), upon seeing a commercial on tv in June and stating that "this is my car". Last week, I finally walked in to lease or purchase the vehicle. I was greeted by Jed at the front door, shook hands, and the roller coaster ride began. From my excitement of all the features that he had introduced me to, through the financing process, and finally to driving off the lot with my new insured, registered car. Jed was such a pleasure to do business with. He was very knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured in any way. I felt that his effort goes beyond being personable and courteous, making it seem like he is an old friend guiding you through the process very comfortably.
Not only will I definitely recommend this dealership, but I will also recommend that they ask for "my friend" the salesman, Jed Frezza.

From the time I walked into the lot the staff was very friendly and had a representative walk up to me and ask me how they can help me out. It was a nice easy conversation trying to figure out what kind of Ford I wanted to take home.
