My Review of Courtesy Toyota Scion:
I intended to buy a new 2010 Toyota Prius through the American Express car purchasing program. Under this program, you configure the car you want and one or more dealers in your area then provide guaranteed price quotes with no haggling. David Cooper, Internet Sales Manager, worked with me from the start all the way through the closing of the deal and pickup of my car. He was very friendly and helpful, even working with another dealer to get the car I wanted at the guaranteed price they had previously quoted. David Cooper and Courtesy Toyota hono their commitments. I recommend David and Courtesy Toyota to everyone looking for a good and honest car deal.

My Review of Courtesy Toyota Scion:
I bought a new Tacoma through internet sales this past August. While the initial sale went well, it was the customer service afterwards that is surprisingly bad. It is like they don't care if you ever buy a car from them again. I had my financing set up before buying and informed the finance office which bank had the pre-approval. Unfortunately they ignored me and financed the truck through another bank, presumably one that gives them a percentage. I have been trying to get the situation resolved repeatedly for months. Peter Roe promised me two months ago it was resolved but since then he won't return emails or phone calls. While I like the truck and its price, I will never buy from Courtesy again and will recommend everyone else to avoid them if possible.

I was very happy with the overall experience at Courtesy Toyota. I recently purchased a new 2009 Toyota Highlander even though I hadn't planned to be in the market again for a new car. I had a 2003 Toyota Highlander Limited loaded with options that I loved. I had to give that car to my teenager after the car that he was driving was totaled in an accident. My salesman Pete Galia was extremely helpful in searching for a vehicle that met my needs and had all the "extras" that I wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Mr. Galia was very responsive and EXTREMELY fair! I was able to find a vehicle I liked at the most favorable cost as compared to dealerships around Florida.
I used the USAA Vehicle Buying Service. The price quoted was the best and the actuall cost did not deviate due to add-ons, etc.

I looked around and priced new Toyotas for two weeks before I made it to the Internet Sales Department at Courtesy Toyota. Within 30 minutes of dealing with Rollin via e-mail and phone conversations, I had the best price on exactly what I was looking for. I received an honest price for my trade and did not have to haggle over the bottom line whatsoever. I would highly recommend you contact this dealership if you are serious about buying a new Toyota and don't want to play the usual "shell games".

I had been looking at a car online. I contacted internet sales dealer Peter Galia and within a week I got into the exact car I wanted. The funny thing is the car I wanted wasn't even on their lot, they made a deal with another dealership to get me the car I wanted. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours with the keys in my hand with the financing and options I wanted. Jay Friedman and Peter Galia made this the easiest and pain free experience of my life. 5 stars! Great dealership they will work with you any way they can.

My Review of Courtesy Toyota Scion:
I recently tried to purchase a white Highlander with specific options from a local Toyota dealership. After nearly a month of them trying to sell me a different color Highlander with diferent options, I completed my own internet search and located what I wanted at Courtesy Toyota in Brandon. I contacted Jim Andrews via email, we negotiated a price and I bought it the next day. I was going to sell my existing vehicle myself, but they offered me a very fair price and eliminated the hassle of selling it.

I felt very comfortable with Jim and would highly recommend you contact him if you are in the market to buy a new Toyota. The only blemish was with the additional options I had added but the confusion could have been due to a long holiday weekend. Nevertheless, Jim helped out there also and overall it would not change my recommendation nor my decision to go back in the future. It was worth it to me to drive past several other Toyota dealerships to deal with Jim Andrews.
