After purchasing 4 new cars, from 02-03, and having great service until NOW...It was a week ago when I brought my van in for a check engine light (for the 5th time) and being that my milage is 29,000 and still under warrenty, I was "made" to give the machanic a $10.00 "under the table" tip for his sevices, because the $80.00 service charge was not charged....but should have not been charged in the first place because of the warrenty still in affect! I sat there, with my 3 year old daughter, while my husband had to run to the ATM to get some cash, so I can take my car home. I felt VIOLATED and ANGRY! I will NOT be bring back my car for ANY SERVICES OR OTHER PURCHASES! If I could I would trade the Kia in for a DODGE DURANGO!!

After purchasing 4 Brand New Kia's: Optima 02, Spectra 02, Sorento 03, and Sedona Van 03. It wasn't until just a week ago, that I felt violated, and angered by the service department. I brought my van in for a check engine light, (this was not the first time, 4th time) and only have 29,000 miles on my car, which made it under warrenty still, and was made to "slip the machanic" $10.00 "cash under the table" for doing me a FREE service because they didn't charge me the $80.00 service charge. With the warrenty, there should of been no charge anyway! They have lost my service, and I will be taking my car to Tynan's Kia in Ft.Collins for further service and purchases!

I have never been so disappointed in a car dealership. If you have less than perfect credit, "watch out" for Cowboy Corral Kia. They will take advantage of you in every way that they can. I love my Kia, but i will NEVER visit Cowboy Corral ever again!

One of the most un professional dealers I have ever been to in my life. The dealership its self is old and belongs back in the 70"s. They advertise the lowest prices around and have a low overhead but make it up in a $400 dealer prep fee and high pressure negotiations.
They have no communication among their employees, after buying a car from them I keep geting phone calls asking me If I am still in the market.
I did buy from them, But I don't think I'll ever go back again, I will go out of my way to get it serviced elsewhere.
I would avoid them and make the drive somewhere else.

Already having poor credit this is one of the dealers that is supposed to "work" with people in this situation. They shopped my credit out to so many banks that a month after I had purchased a vehicle (from someone else) I was still recieving rejection letters due to too many credit inquiries. No returned phone calls. After asking them to stop, they were very rude. I do not recomend this dealer to anyone, and I question the validity of the positive feedback they do have.
