My Review of Cowboy Toyota:
I had done my homework online, so I had printed out an ad for a specific used car they had adverstised, along with its Carfax report, etc. Fortunately, it was still in stock. Leroy was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable in showing me the car, answering questions, etc. It had been listed on the internet with a special promotional price, so since I brought in the printout, he honored the internet price. The car was in excellent condition. He was professional and patient throughout the process, and never pushy. At one point, I asked him to leave so that I could discuss some part of the decision with my dad, who had come with me. He left with no problem and gave us all the time we needed. Once I made my decision, the process went fairly quickly, and I was able to drive the car home within an hour. Everyone else we interacted with while we were there was also helpful, kind, and professional.
