My Review of Cox Nissan:
I took my 2005 Quest for service because of a light on the dashboard that requested to service engine soon and also the fact that water get into my car for underneath the trunk area whenever it rains or snows.I was told the the part to do the repair is not avaliable at present but I should call the following Tuesday to check if The part is in. Meanwhile, this is friday and up till this firday I haven't recieved any call from Marcia even after several calls I made to her. She has on two occassion keep me on hold for more than 40mins(I have my cellphone record to show for it)Again she have promised several time to call me back and never did. It rained two day ago andthe trunk of my car is still soaked in water after I was told that there was nothing wrong find.This is not the first time this is happening.
