The response by Crater Lake Ford must have been written in invisible ink, so I'll help them out. When one star service becomes the norm, someone down at Crater Lake should be offended. Medford is a small community, word gets around. The various dealers around Butler Ford in Ashland laugh when you mention a problem you had with Butler. Is Butler Ford offended when one of their mechanics lie about a tire rotation? Nah, just another day. Why the General Manager at Crater Lake Ford isn't concerned about the lack of quality work by the service department must mean they only care about selling cars.

You need to stop your dealership's policy of never answering the phone as well as never returning phone calls when a voice mail message has been recorded, asking for a return phone call. It is pathetic!!! The best person in your service departments is Phil Houghton who unfortunately, is over on the Mazda side. He was helpful when he was over on the Ford side. He is the best service advisor you have.
