My Review of Crescent City Motors Inc:
I've never been treated more rudely at a car dealership. The service staff acts like they are doing you a big favor by even acknowledging your prescence, I was totally ignored for almost 5 minutes (literally!) before he even looked up with a scowl and asked what I wanted. The quality of the work (door latch repair) was shoddy at best, after three visits for the same problem I took it to a non-vw mechanic and he fixed it in 5 minutes. <br><br>The sales staff is pretty good, but you don't want to take the car back there for service. The problem is that the other VW dealer here (Walker VW) is just as horrible on the service side.<br><br>And VW wonders why their sales aren't higher here. After 22 years of owning VW's, I now have a Mercedes and a Landcruiser. I miss the VWs, but I just can't put up with any more horrible service.

Stephan is an awesome salesman! When I reached my price limit and it didn't meet his, he let me go. No whining, grabbing my legs as I'm walking out the door, &quot;what do I have to do to get you in a car today&quot; B.S. Very professional, friendly, straight-shooting guy. I'd buy cars from him until I couldn't anymore. Ask for him!
