They were professional, courteous, and a real pleasure to work with. My initial interaction was with Tom Piontkowski. Tom was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions - a true professional. The manager, Tom Renner, was simply exceptional. I'd return to this dealership again specifically to work with him. Outstanding in every way. Before I left the dealership, the car went through a final cleaning and portering. It is the best car buying experience I've gone through. Thanks to everyone at Crest!!! More

A great deal for a first time financer. I purchased my last (and current) car through Crest Cadillac, a used 2008 Suzuki SX4 hatchback. It was my first car that I needed to apply for financi I purchased my last (and current) car through Crest Cadillac, a used 2008 Suzuki SX4 hatchback. It was my first car that I needed to apply for financing, and Dave Ulwelling made the process incredibly simple and stress free. He made what I thought was going to be a worrisome experience (I'm a self employed musician, and sometimes proving my income can be difficult) into something that I could afford without any hassle! I haven't had any issues with the vehicle I purchased through Dave at Crest Cadillac (outside of normal maintenance.) Highly recommended !! More
