Almost immediately we were very comfortable with Lonnie's knowledge and demeanor. When we told him what type of vehicle, price and miles we were comfortable with, he helped to facilitate and never tried to push us into a vehicle that we weren't good with. In the end, we quickly ended up purchasing a 2015, new body style Escalade that was equipped exactly as we wanted, at a price we were comfortable with. Begrudgingly, when I had decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle, I happened upon a nice Lexus on the internet for Crest Cadillacs. I figured I would check it out. When I arrived Lonnie Powell greeted me at the door with the funniest tie and a great smile that just made me feel like I could trust him. He was professional as well as relateable where he seemed to take an interest in what I wanted vs what he wanted to sell me. When it came down to negotations he got me the best deal he could on the trade in, and while he was negotating on my behalf, told me to take the car test it out and he would call me when everything was approved. He didn't hound me or have me sit there for hours like I have done in the past- when I came back, everything was ready to be signed and I was so surprised it was that simple. I will always recommend Mr. Powell to my friends and others who are looking for cars. He is by far the best salesman there attributed to his over 25 years of experience no doubt. Good Job Lonnie!
