No pushy, and they don't steer you ( no pun intended) into something you don't want or need. Would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, new or used! More
Totally disappointed with the service I received. To begin with I brought my car in to be told it would only take a day? That wasn't correct! I was told they had to order the part, which too k a few days. OK, no problem. Once that part came in they again told me they had to order another part? Again that took another few days Initially when I brought my car in for service I gave Kim a list of things that had to be repaired. Aside from the AC display, the wipers would go on intermittently. (That was corrected) Then the display that showed cars to right/left/center was set too sensitively. Lastly, I mentioned to my service adviser I would like to have displayed what used to be displayed in the drivers screen. Which showed the transmission gear one was in. Be it 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. That wasn't corrected. I mentioned that to Kim who went back to the Service Manager, and mentioned what I requested. He said" The only way that can be displayed, is in the manual mode" I told Kim on no uncertain terms was he correct. I told Kim to call Tech support and they would tell the service manager how to repair that. But instead, Kim checked her computer, and found the solution! All it was, was a setting. It was good that Kim had the fortitude to check her computer. What the service Manager should have done, instead of giving the customer the wrong information. Now, when I brought the car home, my wife decided to play the radio only to find out the radio would not shut off and the button appears to be stuck in the "ON" position. Personally I think your service department has a lot to be desired. I emailed Kim over this weekend told her I was bringing back the Ford since it was not repaired only the service department did something to faulty the radio! More

Generally good service. However, there was an issue last time. I asked that the software be reloaded due to occasional anomalies in its performance. This had been done a cou However, there was an issue last time. I asked that the software be reloaded due to occasional anomalies in its performance. This had been done a couple times in the past at no charge. This time, they charged me $69 for troubleshooting, which I did not ask for. They didn’t find anything. No surprise there since the problem is intermittent. And the software was not reloaded. Based on past experience, that would have solved the problem. Now, the problem remains unresolved. ☹️ More

Immediately in my head I’m try to run numbers. I get inside ask for the guy I spoke to on the phone. Guys name I believe was terry a sales manager. When I said I just called about the Bronco he says yeah I hat do you want to know. That’s how you greet a customer?? Then I said well I heard that Broncos have to be on the lot for a few months before you can sell them. He responds with there are ways to break those rules. Then I said I’ve never seen when I’ve course I like to check it out inside if that’s OK and he responds sure just to let you know there’s a $15,000 mark up on it. Then I started getting pissed as to why I wasn’t told on the phone before I drove out there to go see it. Then a salesman comes out well I’m taking a picture of the xxxxxxxx markup tag that’s hand written next to the sticker and complain to him and he says it’s not his call he understands. More

When we thought we wanted an Edge, he was very accommodating in offering to track us down one that met our wishes in our budget - but, as it turned out, we discovered a 2014 C-Max that met our needs that had been a dealer demo, with less than 600 miles on it. Wonderful car - essentially brand new, without a 'brand new' price. Very low stress experience - it was like working with a friend and neighbor. (Which is accurate - we discovered he is a neighbor, and now feel that he is a friend.) Thank you so much for all your help, Pasha! More
