My Review Of Criswell Audi:
My fiance and I visited Criswell Audi during the beginning of April 2013 to look at an Audi Q5 that was listed on their website. Upon stopping in, we browsed the lot before heading in to the showroom, where we were greeted by a friendly salesman who was very attentive to our situation and what we were looking for. We were offered test drives of several vehicles and he spent quite a bit of time answering questions and explaining differences and other information about all of the vehicles we looked at. After a long day of vehicle shopping, we left the dealership to mull over all that we had learned.
The next day, bright and early, we once again traveled to the dealership in hopes of finding just the right vehicle and working out a deal so that we could purchase it. We actually arrived earlier than our salesman, so another salesperson jumped right in and picked up where our original salesman left off. Again, we were offered the opportunity to peruse the different vehicles and explore each one until we were completely satisfied. Once our original salesman arrived, we continued with the shopping until we located 'the' vehicle.
While our salesman was completing the paperwork and other necessary items, we continued to look at vehicles until my fiance fell in love with an Audi A4 she had spied. Upon test driving this vehicle, it was determined that we would now purchase 2 new vehicles from this dealer.
After completing the necessary paperwork, we had the opportunity to deal with the Finance Director, David. He was knowledgeable and sincere in his dealings with us, even pointing out this website for us to review. Even though the course of completing these deals took a couple of days and we even pushed it right up to closing time, we were never rushed to finish.
During this entire experience, we had the chance to speak with several different salesmen and the new and used car managers and finance director of the dealership and each was just as pleasant and helpful as they could be. Bernie the new sales manager was very upfront and genuine in his statements and was easy to get along with and talk to. Alan the used sales manager also was very upfront in his statements and has constantly remained in touch reminding us to stop in for our tutorials on the new vehicles. Dwayne, who was not our original salesman, volunteered his time, even after he had gotten off work, to show us some of the features of our vehicles.
Each of the folks that we dealt with at this dealership were professional and treated my fiance and I with the utmost respect during the purchase and since. This dealership and the people mentioned above are truly a credit to the profession and have changed my mind about car dealers. I sincerely appreciate their attitudes and efforts and will most definitely refer my friends to see them personally should they be in the market for a vehicle.
