After arriving, were approached by Suvin. He was immediately friendly and knowledgeable and appreciated that I knew what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy at all. I really appreciated that he worked with me to get me what I wanted for a good price. I would definitely recommend anyone do business with Suvin.

Suvin was very laid back and easy to deal with. He knew I wanted to get in and out of the dealership quickly. I think I was just there for less than an hour and thirty minutes. They beat every dealer in my area! Plus Suvin knows his honda cars. Ask him anything!

I came to know about Criswell Honda in 2010 while accompanying my friend on a car purchasing trip. Ali Nassabeh at Criswell provided a very good demonstration of a 2010 Civic and gave my friend a good deal on the price. I started looking for my own car a few months back (Feb 2013). I remembered that Ali provided excellent service to my friend and decided to pay him a visit (although Criswell Honda was about 20 miles from where I currently live, and there where multiple other honda dealerships nearby). Ali again gave me a very good overview of the new 2013 Civic LX auto, but we could not initially agree on the price, and so I left. He contacted me a few days later and we managed to come to an agreement on the vehicle price which was a lot lower than the quotes I was getting from my local Honda dealerships (believe me, I looked everywhere, even in Virginia). I had the best experience with my salesperson, Yanet Lopez. This I didn't expect to be working with such a nice and knowledgeble sales person. She knew everything there is to know about her product. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the sale.
I bought a new CRV Honda, and I am very happy with my new car. Not only did Yanet Lopez make the shoping for a new car a pleasant experience, she had made ever thing flawless. Thank You Yanet ! Looking forward to seeing her in the future.

Most people normally don't look forward to any car purchasing experience, but Jae Lim makes it as pleasant as it could ever be. His friendly, no-pressure approach is refreshing, and I appreciated his efforts to always return my emails and messages in a timely manner. Unlike other car salesmen, Jae didn't get annoyed when I wanted to communicate mostly through email for my convenience, and due to the lack of privacy at work. He also has a automotive technician background, so he is more knowledgeable about cars than other sales guys. I would definitely recommend Jae to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I visited quite a few dealerships before dealing with Lincoln. In fact, I had been to the Used Cars section at this dealership and was very dissatisfied with the customer service. All of the dealers tried to focus on what I wanted my monthly payment to be, and skirted the issue of what the bottom line price was for the car I was interested in. I liked that Lincoln and his manager did not use this approach so I didn't feel like they were trying to snow me.

Mr. Victor Castro was courteous ad freindly. He explained every features of the car I purchased. I felt I was treated very nicely compared to prior experiences. Because I am a senior oriental woman came from another county, I oten feel I am patronizwd. But, I did not feel that way in this case.
