My Review Of Cronic Nissan:

Randy went way out of his way to make it was a true "sign n' drive" event. He is very personable and his product knowledge is superb. Tim Dye also worked very hard to get me a good APR and to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Also, Adam was VERY professional and made the paper work PAINLESS! The whole process was enjoyable.

My Review Of Cronic Nissan:

I have shopped and bought cars for years and like many dreaded the idea of going to the dealer and 'working with the salesman.' I had researched online for the vehicle of my choice, a 2012 Malibu (this is my 3rd one). I knew what I wanted, I knew approximately what the dealer would pay as a trade-in or auction, I knew also what the dealer wanted. Armed with this information I also knew what others were paying for the same car in my area.

I called Randy about the 2012 Malibu. We talked and made arrangements for me to come in (I had to drive about 80 miles). It was late when my wife and I arrived and there was Randy, on his day off, wiping down the car for us to look at.

No pressure what-so-ever. Told Randy all the facts about pricing and what I needed. Drove two other cars similar to the 2012. After a period of time Rudy came in and we talked. He asked what I'd be willing to give to walk out with the car that night (they were already closed). We settled without much haggling. We left the dealership the proud owners of the 2012 Malibu that we drove nearly two hours, Atlanta traffic and being tired to see.

In addition to getting a great deal, Rudy filled the tank of the new car. Then offered to bring my other Malibu home for me. That required him sending two drivers, one to drive my car and the other to bring home the driver. Plus he filled the tank of my 2007 Malibu. Talk about great service!!!!!

Never have had such a wonderful experience. Only draw back, they're not close to us. Would I recommend the drive, ye bet!!!

We had a great experience buying our Armada. Randy Moore was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure what so ever to buy the vehicle. My Review Of Cronic Nissan:

This dealership was very courteous and worked extremely hard to find me an automobile of my choice within the budget I required. I really had the feeling that it was not just another sale and that they were genuinely concerned about me and that I was happy with my selection. I also received follow-up calls from both Tim and Randy to make sure that I was happy and asking if I had any questions or concerns. I will definetely refer friends and family members to Cronic Nissan of Griffin, as well as, use them again when the need arise.

Attitude...That was the most striking characteristic that separated this Nissan Dealer from others. No high pressure sales. They made us feel at ease about our purchase. They were flexible, accommodating , allowed us to look as long as we wanted, genuinely friendly and concerned about our needs. They bent over backwards and far exceeded any and all expectations. Pricing was far below other dealerships. If you are considering to purchase a Nissan, it would be an big oversight not to check with these guys first. When Randy and Tim make you a deal you can be sure it is the best!

My Review Of Cronic Nissan:

Randy was not pushy, to the point, honest, easy to work with and got me the best possible deal with my trade-in with Rudy. It was an extremely positive experience. I didn't even come thinking that I would be trading in my lease. They just made it work for me and saved me some money in the process. In the past at other dealerships, I have felt much pressure to purchase and never felt like my best interest was at hand. I left Cronic Nissan with my father feeling very pleased and blessed to have met Randy. I contacted him from an internet promotion. He texted me, but never bothered me. I had to change my appointments a couple of time and he was overly accommodating and polite. I have always owned a Honda since I was 16. I am 42 now and this by far was my best purchasing experience ever! Thank you Randy and Rudy!

I live in Mississippi and bought a vehicle 400 miles away because of the price and easy "no hassle" expierence. Everyone down to the delivery man was excellent. Randy Moore answered and handled any problem i had with ease over the phone 400 miles away. I will defitnely buy a vehicle from here again!
