I was very pleased with my experience purchasing my pre-owned F-150 from Crossroads Ford in Wake Forest. I came to the dealership because I had received a marketing letter saying that my current truck was in demand and I could trade it for a newer truck for approximately the same monthly payment. While that did not exactly happen, my Sales Person, Chris "Catfish" Catron went out of his way to assist me in finding a truck. There was no pressure placed on me to buy, and he took his time. We looked at new trucks on the lot, online and at pre-owned trucks on the lot. When I found a truck that I liked, we were able to work a deal for my trade, which satisfied me, for the most part (nothing is perfect). This was my second purchase from Crossroads Ford and I will return again should I need to purchase another. I thank Chris for his patience, candor, and kindness.

I had a great experience at Crossroads! David Byrd was our salesman and he was very patient with us and listened to what we were looking for in a used SUV. We didn't feel pressured to get the first one we looked at, and he even helped us to look at Crossroads inventory of SUVs on the internet. The used vehicle we liked was located at one of the other Crossroads locations and he was kind enough to go and get the vehicle for us to take a test drive in the same day. We were very happy with the vehicle, and he went to bat for us when it came to the selling price of the vehicle. In the end, we went home with the used vehicle that we were looking for. His patient, kind, attitude was also a major selling point for us! My children are very pleased with our new vehicle too and I would recommend David Byrd to anyone in the market for a vehicle!!!

Our over experience was positive and our Saleman David Bryd was great. He was patient, polite friendly and made the car shopping portion fun. I personally did not enjoy being insulted with a low ball offer for my trade and I walked away during the week and had no intention of coming back. My wife and I talked about it and we had such a positive experience with David so we decided to reach out to him to see if we could work it out and he did not dissappoint. This time back we had no interaction with the Sales Mgr., David handled everything and was extremely proffessional! The end with Chris went well too, Chris was our salesman for two of our cars and he was extremely thorough in explaining everything to us! I would recommend Crossroad Ford to our friends, as a matter of fact we did and they purchased a car late last year and had positive things to say as well!

Dave was very honest and not pushy. He was exactly what we were looking for in a car salesman. The only constructive criticism I would give is he was not the most knowledgeable on some of the cars. Overall he did a great job and I would go back. I think we got a great deal.

From start to finish my experience was excellent. The attention that was given to me by Rodney and the finance team was 1. Courteous 2. Knowledgeable 3. Professional 4. Respectful. Those qualities were displayed over and over as I went through the buying process. It was displayed afterward when I went back to have adjustments/ changes made. The fact that even after the sale was complete they went out of their way to show me the same level of service as they did before the sale is something that has been lost at other dealerships I have dealt with previously. I highly recommend this dealership and am telling my friends and family about my experience with them.

This was the best car buying buying experience I have ever had. My sales person was Rodney Nowell. He wasn't pushy in trying to make a sale. He gave us all the time we wanted to look around and told us if we had any questions to get back with him. After several visits to the dealership we made up our mind on which car we wanted. We told Rodney which vehicle we were looking at and asked him to give us the best price he could sell the car for and to get the lowest interest rate possible. We were trading in a car and I told him what I expected to be paid for the trade-in. After talking with the sales manager he came back with an even better offer than my wife or I expected. I have bought many cars in my life and it has always been a game of making an offer and then making a counter offer time after time. Needless to say I bought the car from Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest. It was an enjoyable experience for a change. I would like to thank Rodney for his excellent help in making this a great deal. I would not hesitate in referring my friends to visit them when making a new car purchase. The entire staff made you feel welcome and went out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. If and when I make another purchase the first place I will go is Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest.
