My Review of Crowley Volkswagen:
After having brake service due to normal wear, the vehicle started leaking brake fluid because they did not secure all the valves. After I returned to the dealership to get the leak fixed I was only able to travel about a half a mile down the road before ai had to return to the service department because the vehicle had little acceleration power and stalled. I was barely able to make it back to the dealer before the vehicle lost all engine power. THis time they forgot to secure the vacumm line.

To make up for their poor customer service to me the Service Representative promised me a free detailing job and oil change in writing, and also indicated in writing that this had no expiration date.

When I later returned to the dealer for service the Service Department at Crowley VW the Manager refused to honor the free detailing and oil change stating that the Service Rep didn't work there any more-- that he had moved to a different VW dealership and I could go see him there and ask for the free service . I found this suggestion to be especially insulting on top of all the poor mechanical service performance by Crowley
