My Review of Crown Acura of Greensboro:
I have been dealing with this dealership since 1996 when I first purchased my RL. Since then no matter who I was working with in service they were great to work with. Consistanly, John Allred has been there most of the time working with me since 1996. The car I got from Acura was a lemon but thanks to Crown Acura Service, I have had this car for 13 years and 222K miles and it is still running in great shape!

My experience with this dealership has ALWAYS been exceptional. Denece was very friendly and I would not have purchased a car that day because I was not looking as I already owned an Acura. Mike was very helpful with the financing of the car. My experience with both of them was great!

Why I'm giving you a rating is because Mr. Cleaver sold me my MDX from Crown Acura in Greensboro, NC. Mr.Cleaver was friendly, professional, and very knowledgable of his job. THANK GOD he wasnt one of those pushy salemen. I would recommend Mr. Cleaver to anyone who is in the market of purchasing a car. The General Manager and other employees were also friendly. The overall atmoshpere was great.

My Review of Crown Acura of Greensboro:
I purchased an MDX in '07 from Crown. My experience was great and I have enjoyed the MDX for the past 2 years. During the recent economic down turn, I began to search for ways to reduce my spending and monthly expenses. I went to Crown to see if I could possibly work with them to find a deal that would put me in a car with a lower payment. I worked with a couple of salesmen, but neither were able to help me. Finally I called Mike Hilton and he was very helpful by discussing my situation with me. Crown recently offered a buy back special to their customers. I had the good fortune of speaking with Isiah when I called to schedule an appointment. Isiah immediately put me at ease. I should mention that I am a woman, alone in a car dealership! Isiah listened to my needs, and worked with Mike Hilton until we reached an agreeable deal. Isiah was calm and never tried to talk "circles" around me. He just stated the facts.

This is the second Acura that we've purchased from Denese Hadley, she is one of the main reasons that we decided on another Acura. We love the car & the service that we receive! Our first Acura was an 08 TSX, we loved it but needed to step up into a larger vehicle for a growing family. We test drove all of the SUVs out there and were in shock over how huge they seemed, too big (too much excess!) We were also appalled at the service we received. Finally it clicked, that we just needed a larger Acura. Thank you Crown Acura for all that you did to make this sale extremely pleasant!

My sales experience with Denece was very memorable. I visited the dealership 2 months before I was actually able to purchase but she was still just as helpful anytime I would stop by. She was able to get me the best prise on my Acura and she was also a joy to talk to. She was very friendly and cooperative, which helps when you are spending a lot of money. I give her my highest regards as a sales person, easily the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thanks to all at Crown Acura.
