My Review of Crown Buick GMC Truck Inc:
Step-father's 2001 Century's battery leaked from the positive terminal for months, before calling it to my attention today. (He thought it was his cats peeing or the air conditioner drain) After checking car and finding identical leak as experienced on my 2002 Silverado, called Dealership to check on coverage; told since it was out of warranty, not covered. (Original warranty expired in April) Tried local Chevrolet dealer, Rainbow in Laplace, and told the selling dealer could take care of this as GOODWILL. Step-father is of old school, and takes his car to the dealer, Crown, for everything: oil changes, tire rotation, etc. and you guys missed the leak, which is a common, well known problem for the defective AC/Delco batteries. Shame on you for not finding the leak during routine service, and for not taking the "Goodwill" approach on this minor problem today. Needless to say, someone else will taking over his maintenance.
