My Review of Crown Eurocars:
I thought I was getting decent service from the other Mercedes dealer in town (Germain at Easton) until I had an emergency that was closer to Crown in Dublin. I hit a 2x4 while driving that caused a blow out. I called their service department which answered immediately, and told them of my issue. They had a service person out to my car, no joke, 6 minutes after I hung up with them. He quickly and politely installed my spare wheel and had me follow him to their service department. When I got there, they had all the paperwork with my name and correct address ready to sign....I had never even been their before! About 25 minutes later, I was driving away in my freshly washed car with new tire installed. I was amazed the fact that they even had the tire in stock since I have a non Mercedes approved tire on my car. Curious to this, I called the roadside technician on his cell phone later that evening (he had given me his phone number for future issues). Turns out that he noticed the tire I had was definitely not one they carried so on the way back to the dealership he phoned ahead to a contact at a tire store nearby that had my tire in stock. Apparently they sent another employee to this tire store to get a tire for me and had it back at their service department by the time we arrived. I would never have guessed a dealership would do something like this! Another thing that amazed me was the price they charged me was actually less than I paid. Amazing service, super friendly people that have their act together. I will never go back to the other dealer in town now that I have been to Crown. THANK YOU VERY MUCH CROWN MERCEDES!
