My Review of Crown Ford of Fayetteville:
We initially started looking for an F-150 through USAA's auto buying service. They sent us to Crown Ford as their preferred dealer. After building the truck we wanted I found out that Crown Ford offered a no hassle price of $750 below invoice plus subtracted all the rebates.
Shortly after submitting an inquiry, we recieved a call from Donovan Burney and an email from one of his staff members. Donovan was very pleasant and had invited us out for a no obligation test drive. Once at the dealership, we were introduced to our salesperson, Tony Perez. He showed us everything about the F-150 and helped us top secure our price. This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had and I would recommend Crown not only to my friends and family but, to everyone!

Donovan Burney and his staff made our shopping experience very pleasurable and easy. We were on the USAA site looking for F-150's and found out that Crown Ford is the preferred dealer and the only Ford dealer associated with USAA in that area. After selecting the F-150 that I wanted, I was offered a no hassle price of $750 below invoice and they gave me all of the rebates as well!
Donovan soon called me after and we set a time to go to the dealership and test drive a truck. The salesperson was very knowledgable and the management staff made this experience on of my best!
