This was my second purchase from Jake and Crown. They've treated me great and have gotten me awesome deals each time. My favorite part of each of my purchases has been how much fun Jake and the rest of the crew make the car buying process. I'll definantly return to Crown for every vehicle I purchase in the future.

It took me quite awhile to decide to retire my trusty car I've had for the past 10+ years. I had been contemplating a new Kia based on style and price. I did some searching online to see what was available and where. I stumbled upn Crown Kia and saw a few vehicles that peaked my interest. I showed up at the dealership and was greeted by Dennis Hunter. Dennis is a very knowledgable sales associate and a great asset to the dealership he addressed all of my concerns and helped me to figure out which vehicle was the right fit mine and my family's lifestyle. When I'm ready for another vehicl, or wwhenever a friend or family member is in need, I will definitely be returning to Crown Kia and looking up Dennis!

Several months ago I was in the market for a new vehicle and I heard about Crown Kia Dublin through a close friend of mine. Although I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I was very satisfied with all the steps Chris Stewart and his fellow coworkers took to help me understand where I stood in the purchasing process. Unfortunately I was not able to purchase at that time due to financial inability. I will say though that in the future when I am able, Crown Kia Dublin is where I will go first and if Chris is still there, he is who I will ask for. Thank you all so much for your help.

I went to Crown Kia because I live in Dublin Ohio and they have a good reputation in the community. I was greeted promptly and professionally by Jarrod. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It really seemed as though he was there to help me with my needs, and truly was excited to send me home in my new Kia Soul. It was the most effortless purchase I have ever made! Everyone at the dealership was amazing. I was introduced to Tracy the manager and even service for my FREE oil change. I couldn't be happier!

The dealer really worked hard to get the deal I wanted. I even went back a couple weeks later and leased another vehicle. Scott was great and so were the sales managers. No hidden prices or games. The agreed upon payment amount did not change when you went in to sign papers.

I was ready to trade out of my Nissan Cube but I had trouble finding a dealer who would give me a air price for my trade. One of my sisters had bought a Kia from Scott Worman at Crown Kia in Dublin. She suggested tha I go see Scott to see if he could help me. Jeff Ashbrook, e used car manager made me a fair offer and tha made it easier to find the car I wanted. Scott took me on a test drive in a Kia Soul but the engine really did not have the pep I wanted. He patiently arranged test dives in two more until I found the exact color and options that I wanted. Everyone at Crown made it easy for me to get into my new 2013 Soul. I would recommend to my friends and family that ey visit Scott Worman at Crown Kia when they are looking for a car.

My twin sister called me on Thursday, May 23, 2013 to le me know that she had purchased the Optima Hybrid from Mike Mastracci at Crown Kia. I had suggested the Optima to her - she actually was going to get the Kia Soul, as I was considering the Hybrid. She let me know how wonderful it was to deal with Michael Mastracci and that I should consider coming to Columbus to purchase my car and work with him. Well, Mike and I started texting one another that sameThursday and continued to correspond until 10:30 pm that night about the my car that I would be trading in (a 545i BMW)) and what I was looking for in color combinations in the new Optima. Well, he must have worked all night because the next morning at 9:30 he called me at work to let me know that he located the exact car that I wanted. A dealer trade was made and I drove to Columbus on Saturday and drove back home on Sunday in my new Kia Optima Hybrid.

I want to mention that working with Mike was a real delight. He was very knowledgeable about all facets of the car - inside and out. He put me at ease when I had to give up my beloved BMW - I've had 5 of them and moving into another type of auto all together was a bit overwhelming. With all of that being said, I'm so happy with my decision and absolutely love the car. I would recommend Mike Mastracci and the rest of the staff at Crown Kia - a truly professionally run organization.

I recently bought a new 2013 Kia Optima from Crown Kia of Dublin and had a great experience with Mike Mastracci. I purchased a 2007 Dodge Nitro from Chris, and I am happy with my service and the purchase of my new used vehicle. Chris was very friendly and even went out of his way to clean up the vehicle for me while I was in finance because he knew i had to go to work soon after my purchase.
