Everyone was helpful and worked with us to make sure we got the car we wanted for the right price. They stayed well past closing time to accommodate our schedule. We traded in a Nissan X-terra, which was a good car but we needed something smaller and more economical. We got the Cube and we love it. It was a great car buying experience!

My Review of Crown Nissan of Greensboro:
I bought a Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership in August. I walked in, told them exactly what I could pay and what I wanted. They worked with me, and I have been very pleased with the service and quality of my Pathfinder. The salesman (Diesel Dan) was exceptional, and I actually enjoyed my vehicle buying experience. I recommend this dealership to everyone, and will probably only buy my vehicles from Crown Nissan from now on!

My Review of Crown Nissan of Greensboro:
On A Friday, we bought a 2009 Nissan Sentra. The car was great but we previously owned two Nissan Altima, so I guess we were spoiled and really missed the Altima. Went back to Crown Nissan on a Monday and told them we really wish we had bought another Altima and they said no problem, we just want to make sure you are happy and continue buying Nissans. So they put us in a 2009 Nissan Altima, Awesome. This Car is for my wife and she is very happy. Mom Ma happy, then everybody happy. A week later I went back to Crown Nissan and told Diesal Dan I was looking for a used truck and at the time they didn't have one. Dan said give me some time and I will find you one. I told him the price range and the Monthly note I was looking to pay. Dan stayed in touch with me and after about two weeks he called me and said he had the deal of the century. I actually was at another dealer looking at a truck but I left emeaditly and came back to Crown Nissan and bought the 2007 Nissan Frontier. The staff at Crown Nissan went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. My hat goes off to Diseal Dan and Vinny Retorto and anyone else involved. With dealerships like Crown Nissan,it makes buying a car enjoyable again.

I FIND IT VERY ODD THAT ALL THE CUSTOMERS COMMENTS ARE FOLLOWED BY A RESPONSE FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER HOURS AND SOMETIMES MINUTES FROM THE POST BY THE CUSTOMER. VERY ODD HMMMMM I WONDER WHO IS REALLY WRITING THESE. BEING IN THE CAR BUSINESS ITS VERY ODD TO FIND POSTS WHERE EVERY CUSTOMER IS 100% HAPPY CONSIDERING TYPICALLY ONLY UPSET CUSTOMERS VISIT SITES LIKE THIS. IF ITS TRUE GOOD FOR THEM BUT THE RESPONSE TIMES MAKE IT VERY FISHY...SOMETHING DOESNT SEEM RIGHT CHECK THE TIMES SAME DATE ALMOST IMMEDIATE RESPONSE...EITHER ITS NOT RIGHT OR THIS GUY HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN BE ON DEALER RATER ALL DAY LONG

After shopping around NC dealers on the web, I got a price from Leon Smith that was very competitive. A couple of emails and a phone call later and he had the exact model & color I was looking for -- and was able to lower the price to beat the Costco auto buying program. My wife and I picked up the car the next day. It was the best new car buying experience I've ever had.

My Review of Crown Nissan of Greensboro:
I had been shopping for a new car for about two months online. I’d had a ’98 Jeep Cherokee for about 10 years too long and it was time to part ways with it. I wasn’t quite sure what kind of car I wanted and was a little hesitant at trying to get a new car with my current credit situation. I’m a divorced father of two that has been through bankruptcy.

On July 9, 2009, I ran across the Crown Nissan website and a 2005 Passat caught my eye. It was unbelievably listed in the price range that I was looking for. I sent an email to the dealership asking if it was still available. And I immediately got a reply in 3hours from Andrew LeGrant, a salesman there; he replied the car was still available.

I replied and told him I was very interested in the car but also that I was working to rebuild my credit from a bankruptcy. He replied that my credit situation shouldn’t be a problem in getting me into that car. He provided me with more details about the car’s feature and asked if I’d like to come in for test drive.

I went into the dealership that Friday, after lunch around 1:00. I drove away with my new ride 3 hours later. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made what can be a painful and extremely stressful buying experience a very quick and painless one. I will definitely be recommending him and this dealership to all my friends and family.

My experience at this dealership and with Leon Smith was very good. Leon worked with me on the price and was also able to switch out some tires that I preferred which I really appreciated. The car is exactly what I wanted (color, model, etc). His manager, Ricky Williams was also easy to deal with.

No pressure on the sale of the vehicle. Simply stated what the vehicle had and did not try to sell up to another model etc. Told the salesman and finance person what my payment had to be and they did not continuously try to get me to settle. Vehicle delivered on time and as promised with no hidden fees etc. They even delivered it to my home which was 40 miles from the dealership free of charge.

Ike worked HARD! When I woke up Monday morning I had no idea that by that night I would be the PROUD owner of a 2009 Altima coupe! I got exactly what I wanted, from teh color to the features to the payment. Ike and the team there worked hard to put me in my car. I dont think any other dealership would have done as much; would have probably chalked me up as a lost cause and sent me home with a business card lol!
