I absolutely enjoyed my car buying experience from Mr. C.J. McNeill. He was extremely courteous and, unlike most salesmen, he actually called me every step of the way , even if just to inform me that they were waiting on a response and not to worry. The entire process from my initial inquiry to the approval and closeout only took a few hours!!!!! Mr. McNeill is awesome!!! He is the Internet Sales Manager at Crown Nissan and I recommend if you are going to purchase from Crown, See C.J.!!!!! He will take care of you!!!!!

My Review of Crown Nissan:
I took my car in for brake service and my semi-annual paint cleansing. I dropped my car off at 10:00am and returned at 5:00pm to pick up the car finding it to be wrecked. No one mentioned to me that the car was damaged. When I first saw the car I was angry that it was not clean. As I walked around the car I notice the damage. I spoke with Greg Cash and he not only told me that I was not telling the truth but told me their dealership was like a shopping center's parking lot and they were not responsible for any of the damages. Not only was my experience with this dealership unsatisfactory but costly! I now have a new car that has been wrecked due to Crown Nissan.

My Review of Crown Nissan:
Very unfriendly people, was not offered any help untill I approached someone just standing around and asked for help. When I finally got someone to help me, I asked for a particular model and trim and they said they would never have one and that I shouldn't come back there. Now I ask what kind of business does this. I was being polite and very cooperative. I just needed some help.
