This is the 3rd car I've bought from Crown, and it was the best sales experience ever. Jay Bradshaw was personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the car I chose. When I'm ready for car #4, I will start shopping at Crown with Jay.

Purchased a new Nissan Pathfinder SL (I'm in love with it!) yesterday and could NOT have asked for a better sales person! Excellent knowledge, even helped me compare other SUVs I was considering. My sales guy even went out of his way and took my car across the street to have the windows tinted as I desired. Not only that, but he even stayed late going over every single aspect of the car so I would have no questions when leaving, however, would of course answer any future questions I may have. Very professional and could not be a happier customer! Thank you Jay and everyone at Crown!

Jay Bradshaw had knowledge, friendly, not pushy, or arrogant and he was trustworthy. He made my experience pleasurable. Also when it came to do the paperwork even that experience was expedient and right to the point. I cannot remember the man's name he showed much appreciation for by business.

Travis Payne was very knowledgeable about all the Nissan products which made him easy to do business with. He looked out for my needs not the top sale on the lot. He was very friendly and performed excellent service with a smile. He didn't push anything on me he allowed me to take my time in making a decision which made me feel special and confident in making my decision. Today I had a most pleasant experience at Crown Nissan. Jay Bradshaw immediately walked up to us and was very helpful in showing us Pathfinders. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and pointed out different features during our test drive.

This is our third vehicle to buy from Crown Nissan. We just keep coming back for more. Jay was very helpful in explaining everything and was very cordial and professional. In no time I was signing all the papers (thanks Todd) and driving home in my wonderful Pathfinder.

I worked with John Smith in February 2012. I was amazed how easy he made the process being that I definitely did not have the best credit rating. Looking forward to working with him again VERY soon. I have told all my friends who are looking to buy vehicles about John and Crown Nissan. It's a bit of a drive from Jacksonville, but well worth it!!
